What Wi-Fi? Second worse room stay since using Hotels dot com app.

We choose this as a no frills overnight stay and thats what we got. We had booked a king through hotels.com but there were none left so we got a double queen. That was find with me. Rooms were clean, large and the beds were comfortable. The one stange piece of furniture was a plastic garden chair to sit on if you were using the desk in the room. The free breakfast is on the very basic side but provided enough calories to start the day. For the price paid I was happy and would stay there again if passing through the area.

I had booked a king suite, and when I got there was told they were sold out so they can get me a double Queen which was okay. Rooms were neither dirty nor clean, old or new, pretty much adequate for the price. I would probably stay there again.

I called in three days to notify them that I would be showing up after midnight and request that they do not give away my room. I was told that there was nothing to worry about and that my room would be held for me. Upon arrival, I was told that my room had been given away since I did not get there before 10:00pm and that they did not have any vacancy. When I asked the hotel manager what he suggested that I do, he told me I had to leave.

Needed a place to stay and didnt want to spend too much money. The rooms were clean and spacious. The building is just old. There was a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, t.v and wi-fi. All the things you get at a nice hotel. It was just older.

Room was fine. It was clean but old. Paint chipping, tub faucets crooked and old. If u just need a room cheap this is descent.

I would not stay there again. The bathroom was falling apart i.e. parts of the sheetrock from the celing fell into the tub, the shower curtain was molded at the bottom, the door would not close completely. The parking lot had alot of pot holes too

We were in town for the Spartan Race and just needed a place to crash for a few nights. American Inn was perfect for that. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms are nice and clean. It is an older hotel, but they do a good job of keeping it up to date. For the money, it was nice, and we would stay there again if we are ever in the area. The breakfast is minimal. They had dry cereal and biscuits and gravy.

Well while the room was very clean and organized other things were not very maintained or prepared. I say this because firstly the toilet was loose so when anyone would si on it the toilet would move from it's base a little so it wasn't tightly placed also inside the bathroom the ceiling had old falling-off paint my room lacked a small fridge and microwave, tv quality was ok, but the "fast wireless internet" promised was terrible, in fact the internet only worked the first day of my arrival, after that I could not connect. I mentioned this problem to the people at the front desk and they said that they would try to fix it but it seems they were unsuccessful at their effort. After that the manager gave me the password to the secure wireless internet but unfortunately that connection didn't reach all the way to my room, which was a very useless so the internet promised is a lie. But the bed was comfortable but also ( I forgot to mention this at the beginning ) my room was given to another person so I had a 2 queen bed room which was very different from the 1 king sized bed I had booked online and already had paid for. Also one of the room service person rudely opened the door to my room without any consent. I found it very rude although she did not come in all the way because I was almost at the door, so I took a little time to Get to the door cause I was sleeping. By the way, the door was closed, it was not that I left it open, if whoever reads my review thinks this.

they allowed me to have to pets and only charged for one. The dogs loved it and had lots of room to walk and exercise

The room was very clean. and smelled good. They had ate ac on, (some motels dont) the staff was very friendly.Plenty of parking for my truck and camper.

Great price, and very clean room. The staff is very welcoming and I would definitely stay there again.
