My man and I really enjoyed our room! We weren't expecting that it didnt have a kitchen but it had a small fridge and that was fine. Other than that, It was such a comfortable, clean, nice room! We plan to definitely atay again!

I specifically booked this hotel because it is literally only a year or two old. Basically new. Yet the property is very beat up and already seems neglected. Huge scuffs on the walls in our room. Lights not working. Signage destroyed or broken. Shower head and controls broken. Water all over the bathroom floor. Mold in shower. The front desk staff were friendly and it looks nice overall. But our room was a mess and that is unacceptable for how much we were charged to stay here. Please fix asap!

4:30 arrival and the room wasn’t ready. Didn’t need an excuse that there were 87 check outs and 87 check ins that day. That’s your job to manage for your guests. Not like it was a surprise. No ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ offer, which should be standard operating procedure when you are unable to deliver the service you promised.

Basically we were satisfied with our stay, but there was one issue that colors our response to the hotel : we couldn't get the water to warm up for showers. Not only that, but the middle hinge on the shower door was seriously ajar - one would think housekeeping might notice that. For the cost of the room, a warm/hot shower shouldn't be extra!

Very nice and clean. The layout of the room was intriguing and worked very well. My only complaint was the pillows, they all seemed to be feather pillows and a little bit too "smooshy" for my preferences. All in all, an enjoyable stay. We will be back.

Lovely place, staff service was extraordinary! We left an article of clothing, when I called Nicole made sure she personally found the item with the maids and made arrangements to mail it to me. Only improvement I would suggest is making a more robust self serve snacks and breakfast amenity area. For example, a self serve toaster rather than having it tucked away somewhere out of sight, so the staff has to take your item away and bring it back.

This hotel was nice and convenient to lambeau field for training camp. Staff was so friendly. Room comfy. Wish there was complimentary water and breakfast items. It was a little noisy, thin walls. We’d stay again though. Loved the pool and hot tub.

Although the staff was great, I found the hotel itself was not. No complimentary breakfast was disappointing. The food that was available was overpriced and there weren’t many options. I had forgotten some toiletries and was surprised there weren’t any available to buy. The toilet didn’t flush very well either, I’d have to flush 2-3 times. The elevators were extremely slow. For the cost per night vs other hotels, I regret the decision to stay there.

Overall good experience. The room had an off smell & wasn’t fully cleaned upon arrival. Looked as though it wasn’t vacuumed. Was informed we could check in early when calling the facility early morning but was informed by frustrated staff when we arrived, they don’t typically do early checkin & was irritated that anyone told us this information as they had many late checkouts for the day. It was not professional. The pool & hot tub made up for a lot of the downfalls of the stay.

I have to say that, as a family, I would not stay at this location again, because of the crowd. It seemed to be drunk business person focused, which is not my vibe. My teenage daughter and I went to the pool and there were men in the back parking lot, right by the hot tub windows, at 10 p.m. sitting on chairs by cars (super weird). They could see us getting in the pool and hot tub, which was incredibly uncomfortable. One of the men went behind a truck container behind the parking lot to go to the bathroom. Then, before 6 a.m., the man in the room next to me was on long phone calls talking at a normal person's yell (think the "I'm important" volume). The sound travelled quite clearly through the adjoining door. When I checked out, I told the front desk that the person in that room shouldn't be put into a room with an adjoining room in the future, because of their volume. Given that she wasn't taking notes, I didn't think she particularly cared. I really wanted to like this hotel and was excited when we got there, because it's beautiful and vibrant. However, I left knowing that we won't be back because of the atmosphere.
