Great location, very clean, friendly staff

Hotel and room were great. Clean, refreshing, updated. Breakfast was ok, but had to wait on food and coffee to be restocked even though it wasn’t very busy.
4.3
It was a good stay. I am allergic to feathers and down pillows and they were supposed to have removed them prior to the stay. They didn’t but they did rectify the problem immediately after I mentioned it. Everyone was polite and helpful. The room was nice and clean.
4.3
Required to change rooms 3 times for a 2 night stay. Requested 2 queens and got a King first night. Wet carpet from air conditioner in 2nd room. Handicap accessible room with showerbed that only reached my shoulder for 3rd room.
4.3
Clean facilities. Only one attendant on duty Friday night after game. This created a delay in service. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
4.3
The hotel was updated and modern, very clean, very friendly staff.

This property is a joke. I spent $160 for a room with two queen beds only to be told at 5pm that my room wasn’t ready - same with other five families who were waiting on theirs. Had to pivot and get a king (which I remember being cheaper) with no refund, and the AC was leaking all over the carpet in my room. Then, a day later, I found a $10.82 charge on my card and the Hilton customer service said it was “for parking” when their website advertises FREE PARKING.

There was a used towel left in the bathroom and also had no hair dryer until asked, but other than that, the staff were very nice and friendly so hospitality was overall great and recommended to stay.

Great place to stay.

Great stay

When we first checked in we were in the room about 20 minutes when I realized the AC was leaking and the carpet all around it was soaking wet so we changed rooms. The second room was sparsely decorated with uncomfortable furniture. The outlets and the lights besides the beds did not work. The outlet by the kitchenette was so loose you couldn't plug anything into it and the toilet wasn't working properly and you had to jiggle the handle or take off the lid and mess with the inside of the toilet to get the water to stop running. The water pressure in the shower was not really low. They don't clean the rooms daily. I'm ok with not having sheets changed daily but not giving new towels is an issues.
The staff was nice and the beds were comfortable.

Property had a lot of minor construction going on but other than that it was a lovely stay. Staff was helpful and attentive and kind.
4.3
checking in took over an hour; it took 3 tries to get a room that was not occupied. it was not right to walk into the room to find other people already in it: we were lucky no one was undressed but this happened twice. would not stay here again.
4.3
Great customer service. Great on site burgers. We had veggie burger, a cheese burger, fries and onion rings. All delicious. Everything was clean and newly rennovated.Quiet, even though close to 30. No complaints.

Perfect in every way!

Place was great, easy check in , very clean. Great value.

The hotel was clean, the check in staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, but only one elevator was functioning (the one operating was utilized by guests, staff, and the housekeeping crew). We used the stairs on multiple occasions due to the wait-time: we stayed on the 4th floor).
I reserved 5 rooms for a family outing. Prior to arrival, I called to ask about parking and if our rooms could all be together. I was placed on a “brief” hold because another phone was ringing. I gave up after 14 minutes.
4.3
Very clean and nice hotel specialty when compared to expensive 'luxry" hotel downtown Houston.
4.3
Easy check in process close to the ballpark, trolley was pretty cool, even tho we had to wait longer than expected
4.3
Staff was friendly and considerate of our time. They accomodated us. The room was clean and cozy.
4.3
Was not able to check into my room early due to rooms not being cleaned. Had a line of people waiting and as it got near my check in time people who were coming in adter me got a room before me.
4.3
Our AC did not work in our room. we called the front desk and they did not have any other rooms available. I had to Google the thermostat and asked for batteries to change out so it would work still did not work and then I finally figured out how to reset the thermostat, but that was after sleeping in the heat all night. The man working said he would comp our room but then when we checked out this morning, the lady said we would have to call back and talk to him. She didn’t know anything about it and would give us 10,000 points which did not pop up either.

Good job

There wasn't anything unique about the property. The breakfast was great.
4.3
Nice. Enjoyed a safe, clean hotel with friendly staff.
4.3
Hotel was in a great location, easy to get in and out of, very clean. Would stay here again.

FYI, cell service is awful inside the hotel rooms and the free wifi is just as bad. I couldn’t get simple apps to load on my phone or websites to even function. Extremely disappointed to shell out all that money and experience internet speeds that of a decade ago.
4.3
I will not be returning to this hotel. There is far better options in my option. First of all you charge 9.00 per person for a microwave breakfast that every neighboring hotel has for free. Second only one elevator worked just part of the time. Nice staff friendly and all but definitely isn’t worth the money.
4.3
The people above me had cement for feet as they were so loud walking above me it was ridiculous. It went on until about 12:30am when I chucked a creamer at the ceiling. They must have gotten the hint that they were being loud or they finally decided to be in bed. I would never stay in this hotel again because of that.
4.3
Lots of construction going on next door. Property was nice. Our room smelled like mildew and outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. Staff was friendly and nice though.
4.3
Elevator stopped working a couple times while there. Super awesome staff..very nice and helpful..

Lovely

Under construction, but our stay was still excellent

They were under construction without informing me. Was told had to pay for breakfast and was told wrong hours for breakfast

Hilton Garden is doing a total refresh apparently on this location. There must have been 45 Spectrum trucks in the parking lot and workers day and night. It was quite surprising and scary for 3 women travelling. The front desk was blocked so we had to go around the back. It was dark, cold, and lots of workers. I wish we had been told this prior to our arrival/checkin.

We traveled for the High School Football championships in mid-December, so the hotel is very convenient to get to AT&T Stadium. However, they are doing a lot of remodeling inside. The holiday season does not seem like a good time to do this. The front doors were taped off and the side doors were locked after 10PM when we finally arrived. They had software malfunctions and we had to wait until after 9PM the following night to receive our key cards. We had to be let in by housekeeping when we arrived. It was a bit disturbing that about 30 minutes after we arrived, and getting ready for bed, that the same housekeeping guys was opening our door to let someone ELSE into the room. We hadn't secured our door yet, but that was concerning they booked someone into our room in less than an hour. The whole weekend, we weren't able to get the internet to work on our laptops so had to try to conduct our business via phones which was almost worthless. Overall, not a horrible experience, but not the great one we'd had on prior stays, either.

Went to an event at ATT Stadium, was close to DFW, and close. To stadium. They had a $15dollar round trip shuttle. No need to drive, taxi Uber, etc. great experience all around.
4.3
Bed was so creaky that we woke up anytime we moved. Microwave, fridge and tv remote didn’t work. Site advertised “free Wi-Fi” but you can only access it if you become a Hilton Member, still bad Wi-Fi. They say there’s a breakfast buffet and a breakfast you have to pay for, you’d think that the buffet part would be complimentary to your overpriced stay but no, you pay $13 PER PERSON for dehydrated eggs, stale bread/bagels and old fruit. The only good thing about this stay was that the staff was very nice.
