The room we had was on the lower level, the curtains were see through and wouldn't close properly, dirty marks on the walls, beds were clean and so were the floors. Pillows were very flat, kettle had stains I could go on. Moral of the story is I wouldn't stay here again.

Had a lovely stay. All staff were great. It is a walk-up, which we knew, we just took too much stuff!! Roomy, great kitchen, bathrooms adequate. Would suggest the owners add some cushions on the dining chairs and lounges and perhaps have better quality beds. Also blackout blinds or blinds that cover the whole window would be ideal.

Property has underground parking making life easy. The room/unit itself fully contained washer/dryer/big fridge/microwave/dishwasher etc which was great. Air conditioning with ceiling fans in both rooms perfect for those summer days. Heated pool and bbq area. Overall for what we needed for the week of staying was perfect and would stay here again.

It was a horrible experience . There was poop on walls nothing was very clean the washing machine had sludge in it I spent two days cleaning and all the lady said was " you should have told us the first night "" it was7pm just finished work . Not really an appropriate time to have to check into a different room with a three year old in toe . I felt the manager was quite rude and I think they don't clean it was gross

The Apartment is a 3 bedroom, large open plan kitchen dining area with secure parking. Beach across the road and within minutes of what you need shopping, restaurants and parks. We will stay again.

Self-contained 2-bedroom apartment unit, with designated car parking space in under-ground car park. Nice pool area for guests to enjoy. Situated across the road from Len Fox Park in Labrador - nice evening walk along the water front. The property charges extra for additional coffee/tea/toilet paper/shampoo&conditioner, etc. Also specific instruction given to guests to clean the rubbish and wash the dishes before check-in out.

Very nice apartment was across the road from the water great view. I could easily stay for a week as it is self contained. The only downside is it really does need a lift also a swipe card would be easier to get into garage

Pool & bbq area was lovely. 1st night, found the room had not been cleaned properly and tv would not work. However after informing reception, it was promptly taken care of. Free wifi was advertised but network was unsecured and signal to weak for connection. Felt dated but was a reasonable price, convenient location and toe caretakers/reception were lovely.

A spacious 2 bedroom apartment. While it needed some sprucing up, it was very functional and great for our purposes. Situated away from the hustle of the Gold Coast it was a good property to stay in.

The residence was tired, rust around doors and shower in bathroom. Light was not working in main living area. Curtain eyelet in main bedroom broken and curtains too small for main bedroom window. Bathroom vanity old and toilet bowl showed it was replaced but needs cleaning badly. Too expensive for what we got. Garage windows dirty and too many spider webs!!!!!

Pleasently supprised... After reading previous review, we were a bit worried. but when we arrived and got into our appartment we were pleasently supprised, the place was very large, very clean and tidy. yes the place is an older appartment, but there is everything you need. The only thing the place is missing is a heated Spa. would of loved to had a spa even though it was raining. Thank you for a great stay

We paid for 10 days 2100, aud the apartment was on the ground floor looking on the highway, 3 sliding doors all bolted down which u cant open, curtains couldn't close properly so people could see you... with 48 hours excavated, they havent refunded our monies, noe has Expedia followed this up after getting our email compliant... so im out of pocket 2100AUD and has effected our work travels....

On suite toilet seat stained, and really smelled of old urine. Air-con needed a piece of paper to hold open the swing mechanism. The lady at reception was not very helpful in getting extra toilet rolls. Television reception was rubbish. Would recommend staying somewhere else.

Great value for money with great views but there was a few things that were broken/not working that need to be updated. Id definitely stay there again but make sure there is enough garbage bags and toilet rolls before the office closes for the day.
