Extremely difficult to find, broken fridge, huge hole in rust-exposed sink, and graffiti on the chair. On the plus side: very freeway-convenient, comfortable bed, TV worked, and mostly quiet.

This was the worst place to go to. There were roaches in the room and bathroom, the door was boarded up, the light was hanging by a rope, the key card didn’t work , and the TV didn’t turn on. There was also a $50 deposit that wasn’t mentioned on the app.

Rear parking is bit compact, reversing carefully, definitely not a.cold breakfast packets, having lotion after shower will a big plus to customers services points of view, definitely has room for growth, location definitely a plus location, close to next city, beaches and restaurants.

Room was old, needs a remodel badly. Bed not comfortable. Old woman at front desk when I checked inn andn out should not have a job in customer service. But the person I spoke with one the phone last night, to get the wifi password (which she did not give me at check in) and the person I spoke with this morning about a late check out were both very pleasant.

Staff and housekeeping was fine. Carpets, drapes, furniture and hardware awfully stained, torn, shabby, rusty, musty. Room had awful old smell. Maintenance person smoking in non-smoking areas. People fixing cars in the parking area right outside my window. One morning, as I stepped outside my room I saw a maintenance person carrying a dead mouse by its tail.

ROACHES everywhere- even in the small fridge! If you can afford to stay anywhere else, then do so. Besides the roaches, this place reeked of urine and feces. There were prostitutes and their tricks hanging out in the parking lots. It was horrible! Not conducive for families or small kids or anyone not wishing to see hoes turning tricks in the parking lot.

People sleeping in cats in the parking lot?!! Pretty much sums it up.... Slept on top of the covers... Used the towels to make a floor runner (not like we were going to actually shower there given the condition of the place). What s mistake!

I requested a non-smoker room and I got a room that smelled a lot like smoke. There a lot of smoke stains and burn marks. The time I stayed it smelled like weed. The area felt unsafe since it was full of homeless people and people loitering.The guy at the front counter said I had to pay a $2 00 fee per night for electricity. There is a sign and when I took a picture they guy said that I didn’t had to pay the $2.00. Never staying here again!

Property and room looks tired. Lobby is a bit cramped when more than 2-3 people are trying to check in. Staff are very kind and courteous. The room itself smelled dank when opening the door and the carpet was damp. Furniture was old and scratched in places. Otherwise, linens were fresh and clean. Noisy, right off I-8, and difficult to find even with the navigator; I missed the turn 3 times before finding. Next door were young "hoods" for lack of a better word who were smoking and partying until late. I did not feel very safe there for myself or my daughter, glad my husband was staying with us - would not return to this place, unfortunately, unless a big overhaul in remodeling. Again, staff were great.

I asked if I could check in an hour early and the lady at the desk straight up said no, when I came to check in at the normal time I did see there was sign for early check in rates which would have been extra. She could have said something about it. Hot tub pool was a bit dirty. TV was small and not well placed.

Super out dated, it smells. I actually didn’t stay for the night and the front desk said there is no way to cancel it even it you won’t stay. It will be considered occupied until the check out time used or unused. That’s a $200 out of the drain. Very unsanitary. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

They fussed at me for asking for extra towels. They clean rooms everyday, holes in nightstand and dresser , tv had cable so that was nice but bed was very uncomfortable; elevator is out of service, parking fills up fast so I suggest you get back to your room before sunset.

My room started to flood fromt the room upstairs flooding there room. When i went to ask what could be done they said to move to the 4th floor which its 12am and i have 4 bags.When asked for a discount theybsaid they wouldnt.

Highly don't recommend. Bed bugs, roaches, false advertising, broken furnishing in the rooms, false advertising from office, sticky sheets, room smelled of car urine

They have a good places to shop within a short drive so if you forgot to pack something Walmart and Target are like 5 minutes away. Super quiet considering it’s next to the freeway. A short 15 minute Uber/Lyft ride to downtown SD.
