Very good hotel
2.0
The facilities were poor for a property of this size and class. In addition, there was substantial building and construction work taking place throughout our stay and we were not notified or warned about this. To make matters worse, commercial filming, photoshoots, and other events were held multiple times which impacted on our enjoyment.

Enjoyed four nights at the beautiful landscape and modern villas: quiet room, comfort bed, good breakfast and helpful staff. Walking short distance to the local food restaurants nearby. Highly recommend to the traveller who wants recharge after a long day on the road. Definitely we prefer to stay at Mercure Dalat Resort whenever we visit the historical city of Da Lat, Lam Dong. Thank you for your excellent service.

Wonderful place to stay at. If you like a quiet place that isn't too far from all the food places and excursions, I recommend staying here.

Overall the hotel is nice. However, there are no other amenities like pool, or gym. Also, the room that I stayed at was located in a different area where constructions weren’t completed. So I was a little bit disappointed in that. I wouldn’t called it a resort since it has nothing other than nice rooms. Food was below average. However, the staffs were excellent. Always being very nice and attentive.

This newer hotel is meticulous in every detail... the architecture and manicured landscaping is so beautiful. the Staff was so caring and helpful. Von at front desk was wonderful recommending a wonderful restaurant nearer the downtown market area. I will stay there again.

Beautiful place, well-trained staffs. The food was ehh, not a lot of options at the breakfast buffet. There were no gym and spa, however. 4 out of 5 stars

I was upgraded to a family room, which was super nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with good English skills. The assortment at the breakfast buffet was one of the best I had ever had. The hotel even arranged for my return taxi to the airport and breakfast to go.
I would definitely stay there again.

The Monet garden resort was a pleasant first stop in Vietnam for our honeymoon. The hotel wall much bigger than it appears on the website. It had all the amenities we could look for except maybe an elevator. It is a resort so it’s sort of spread out. The gardens were beautiful and the area was pretty well-maintained. The spa was good and the hours were accommodating to a vacation. The employee uniforms at the spa were a little revealing, but the services were first rate. While downtown DaLat is not actually very far, it is not walking distance to the downtown area. The front desk staff was accommodating, full of information and extremely helpful. The restaurant staff helped us with our Vietnamese, made us feel warm and welcome and treated us like the honeymooners we were.

The rooms needed to be cleaned and the need new beds I could feel the springs in my back and felt very dirty

The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. Maintenance works were going on and was a bit noisy and had a strong smell of paint. Breakfast buffet was poor and not good. The staff very friendly and helpful.

I didnt expected much of this hotel considering the price of roughly $50/night and that it wasnt managed by an international hotel group. The hotel is actually a group of French style villas with gardens in between. The room was very spacious, with quite good amenities. What sets this hotel apart is all the wooden interior - real wood and not the fake industrial kind that can be found in other 5 star hotels. Another thing which impressed me was that I sent some clothes to be washed and the laundry guy returned with some money which he found in one of my pockets. All in all a pleasant surprise. Ive found my new favourite hotel in Da Lat.

This is a well run resort that seems to cater mostly for local golfers & wedding parties. Great breakfast, sweet little bar where we played pool in the evening, free tennis court & very helpful staff. The grounds & buildings are all well maintained - maybe in need of an update, but perfectly fine to enjoy some time in Da Lat. The hotel is not in the centre of town, which is maybe a good thing - theres space & no noise at night. A couple of bucks in a taxi puts you right there anyhow.

We did not enjoy our stay. I don't know where to start with the complaints. We arrived wet after a 5hr bike trip, we were cold and wet, we asked for a couple of towels, no towels were given. It's supposed to be a 4 star hotel, no chance, breakfast was real bad. The biggest complaint we had were about the beds. They were super uncomfortable, my girlfriend and I both struggled to sleep during our stay here. We checked to see if we could check a day early and maybe get a small refund, no joy there. I guess that was expected but how bad must a hotel be if you want to check out early on a two night stay!

The staffstaff and management made my stay here very special as it fell on my birthday I returned to my room to find a bunch of thirty red roses and a card wishing me a happy birthday wonderful surprise several staff members also gave their regards.

We booked this hotel because of it's location and low price. It is certainly an economy property...no frills and quite small. On the plus side it is close to many of the sights we wanted to see. Even the hop on hop off bus stop is only a block away. The room was clean and the staff very helpful. It was all we needed for a short stay in Kuala Lumpur.

This hotel is a 4 star one. Overall, it is a great spot for couples or family for some R&R. Location is about 2 KM from the city center. Room was clean and spacy although wooden floor is a bit rusty.
My only concern is that the hotel is run on solar energy. Hot water is regenerated every 25 minutes, not so much of convenience.

Big room. We stay at Villa 1, Room 109, 3rd floor, no lift. all wooden furniture, very nice. Very quiet location, far from the noisy main road. No air con, the temperature at the room is around 23 degree. Taxi from hotel to Central market about VND 50000. Taxi is always available outside the hotel.

We stayed here after traveling north from Saigon, they upgraded our room but it stil wasn't worth the price, a nice place it is but better value could be had elsewhere,

This is beautiful place to stay. Aesthetically pleasing, the staff are friendly.and helpful and the atmosphere welcoming. Value for money, this is a topi place to stay in Dalat.

The hotel was way beyond my expectations with presentation cleanliness, food, pleasant walk to the market with great fresh greens and foods from all over asia and other countries. During my stay I contracted upset stomach the staff were very helpful, the prices were reasonable for the level of service. It wasa truely an unforgetable experience for us.I have told people it is a must on your visit to Vietnam to enjoy the surroundings and service at a lovely hotel.
