Room was clean. Staff was very welcoming. I liked how the restroom had shampoo, conditioner, body wash available. The Hilton app is my favorite!

Clean and convenient

I was not happy when we got there and was told we only reserved one room though I paid for two. I expect to get reimbursed for the one room we did not get. Please advise when this will happen, thanks- Dwaine and Judi Clark, addition- spoke to Expedia 8/7/2024 and they said the hotel would not refund due to the fact we did not cancel within 24 hours- no one told us the room was booked under my father in laws name. We did not pay the hotel, we paid Hotels.com, they should refund our money, not the hotel. Please contact me at 843-847-1241

Everything went pretty well until the end. When we left I noticed I was charged an extra $100 without a reason why. I did leave without returning the room keys, but I didn’t think that would generate an extra charge. I also did not receive a receipt for the room.

Convenient, easy access from interstate.

We stay here almost every time we head to Atlanta. Convenient way to break up our trip and visit with friends in the area. The outlet mall is handy, Bass Pro is across the street, and now Buc-ee’s. Perfect place to stop.

Nice place and good breakfast

Everything was as expected. One night stay…. we had a clean outdoor pool to cool off and relax in after a long drive and before hitting the road again the next day. The surrounding area looks like it will be undergoing some major changes in the coming months to years as this area is quite secluded with an “out in the country feel”…. It is only about a quarter of a mile from Buc-ees, which was nice. The complimentary breakfast was a standard hotel type meal with hot and cold foods to chose from. The food was fresh and good. The servers were great about keeping it all stocked for guests to enjoy. Parking was easy. They do have a large parking area to the back and one side of the building for larger vehicles. We noticed a couple of large moving type trucks similar to large Uhaul vehicles parked in that area. One was pulling a trailer and they seemed to have ample space for parking comfortably. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone not wanting to stay in the city.

Easy to access and good location... and close to Buccees!

The staff were friendly and made check in easy and quick. The room was clean and bed comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We would stay here again.

Hotel was easy to get to off I-20. Room was clean and attractive. The king size bed was very stiff and could use a topper to make it a lot more comfortable. It was a surprise that the front desk ran a hold on our charge card for $50.00 since we didn’t book through them. I was advised it would take three to five days for the funds to be released from the hold. If everything was ok with the room when we left, they’d release the funds. We won’t stay again as it felt like they didn’t trust us to use the room.
