Great location and services.

The staff and service in this hotel are outstanding. The morning breakfast was great.
It is a beautiful old hotel and with that comes the noise between rooms.
2.5
Centrally sited hotel close to all tourist sites, bars and restaurants but in a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle.
Great staff at reception ensuring a quick check-in and loads of information about Sevilla.
Clean, comfortable room with good facilities.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A wonderful hotel right in the heart of the old town. Staff were attentive and so helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was old traditional spanish feel. It was lovely. The room was small but fine for us. There was a little balcony opened out to the street. The street was busy and it was noisy at night but it did not bother us and we are used to living in the middle of no where! There was a small ensuite. Beds made and fresh towels each day. There was a mini bar fridge with water beer wine kit kat in which we did not use but there at a small fee if u wanted. A kettle and tea /coffee. Also free toiletries. Each time u go out of the hotel u need to leave the room key at reception. The hotel was right in the centre. 5 ish mins walk to cathedral , bull ring. Lots of bars etc right on doorstep. A small supermarket few doors away too. We stopped each night at Guichot 7 just to the right coming out of the hotel for a beer. Friendly staff. Everything in walking distance or if you dont want to walk there is horse and carriage, tram, buses. We loved Seville. I think we went in nearly ever church they are so ornate. Plaza espana also amazing building. We did not get into the alcazar as sold out as we did not pre book. So recommend you pre book it you want to get in. Easy to get to from train station. Bus 21 takes you to bull ring and hotel is 5 ish mins walk in behind.

Unique is the Arabic and Andalusian feel and the many details such as the tiles and wooden carvings, the cozy garden with mini pool and orange trees. Spacious rooms!

People at the hotel was very nice specially the lady at the reception. The manager even helped us find the parking garage of the hotel by getting into our car since we drove to Seville and roads were closed due to construction. Hotel is close to everything walkable within 5 minutes. You will enjoy the Seville style of the hotel, very clean and spacious (we were four). We would stay here again if we happen to be in Seville in the future.

We had a good experience at Hotel Europa and would recommend it. It represents fantastic value. The location is excellent very centrally located and near restaurants, bars and mini-market. Lobby area is very nice and has an elevator. There is a bar/rest accesible from the lobby that we didn’t use but looked nice. The room space was ok for three people (3 beds) and the bathroom was big enough. It had a nice bathtub-shower with good pressure and hot water. A/C was powerful and user controlled. Room had a useful mini-fridge with few mini-bar items. Closet was average for this level of room. We had a balcony to the street that provided natural light and allowed us to sample the weather before heading out.
The only thing keeping us from giving it 5-stars was the beds. They were minimally acceptable and felt a bit flimsy. The pillows were also a bit lacking. We would have preferred more or thicker pillows but we didn’t ask. They might have been available. I also had the unfortunate event of hitting my face/head on the corner of the night table as it sits slightly above the level of the mattress. I think this was due the my usual tossing and turning combined with inadequate ( for me ) pillows. This was but a minor complaint in an overall very good experience. The location allowed us to come back for “siesta” during the very hot afternoon hours where summer heat was extremely uncomfortable.

Well located, close to stores and important sites. The main issue are the small roads that are difficult for Uber to arrive… so need to pay attention to the pick location.

This was a lovely historical hotel located near all of the main historical sites in Seville, Spain. Service was great. The only difficult part was the hardness of the mattress. It would have helped greatly if they had mattress toppers for us to use in the large closet.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped make our stay in Sevilla fantastic. Helped us with tours, restaurant suggestions, and transportation. Hotel location was conducive to walking everywhere. We couldn’t have been happier.

The hotel and its facilities were very good. Staff, room, breakfast were fine.
The one issue is- they need more sound insulation from the road outside, it is very noisy.

Very well located. Helpful ,courtious staff. Old building with not much renovation. Air conditioning wasn't working well or at all. Overpriced.

Good property in the center of Seville, very near the Cathedral. There are many cafes, convenience stores and restaurants nearby. When we went, the nearby streets were closed and we had to walk with our luggage for some distance to get to the hotel. This was for the Easter “Holy Week”. The hotel is clean but in an old historic building. Overall a good experience.
