No running water when I checked in. No one on my floor had running water. The front desk clerk assigned us to a room knowing that there was no running water. I left for a family gathering and tried to call the hotel at least 3 times. No one answered. I called Wyndham and they could also not contact the hotel. Later that evening I arrived and the water was running. No apologies from anyone.

The hotel was nice close to everything I needed. Abby’s seafood house has good gumbo. The bed could’ve been softer, other than that it was a nice stay.

Easy check in, great service, room was clean. I reserved the premiere suite and got the whirlpool and king size bed. Excellent choice. Worked out in the gym and all the equipment was working and clean. Super pleased with the price too!

Location entrance was tricky. The room we booked should not have been rented. The shower curtain rod was broken and the curtain was in the tub when we arrived. The a/c was also not working. We called downstairs multiple times with no answer. I walked down and was able to locate someone who changed our room to a double queen.

We found the desk personnel to be very friendly and helpful about area. Breakfast offering were good, specially the coffee. Aside from the fire alarm malfunction, the premises met our expectations. Would stay there again should the opportunity presents.

The hotels cameras do not work. No one there with dogs cleaned up after them. If you enjoy stepping in dog waste then this is the place to stay. They dont even disclose that they charge pet rent of 25.00 a day. So expect your card to be charged extra. And a pregnant woman who works the desk should wear a bra. So very unprofessional. And my card was charged 2 times. Once for 1 night at LA Quinta by Wyndham. And 1 night at Home2home by Hilton. Im so confused. And no one could explain that to me.

Unethical experience. I booked and pre-paid, only to have the property directly charge me an extra $300 . When I called and asked why these charges were added (directly added from the property, not Expedia), I received no real answers and was told my card would be refunded as they “did not know why my card was charged”. As of today there were 2 additional $100 unauthorized charges to my card, after the original additions had been amended. Completely unacceptable. Do not waste your time here.

I enjoyed staying at this La Quinta because it was a good experience at a great value. Some of the appliances and furniture were dated, but the pool was nice, the gym was modern, and the hotel itself was very clean and well kept. It was also very quiet at night. In addition, this hotel's proximity to the H-E-B Center in Cedar Park was awesome! I attended a concert and was able to walk back to the hotel later that night (about a mile and a half away, but I also enjoy exercising!). :) Finally, if you stay here, make sure to visit Rosati's Pizza right down the street for their famous Chicago deep-dish. Yum! I would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay, La Quinta!

The hotel was clean and made my family and I feel very welcomed. We asked if we could stay an additional night, and the staff was able to accommodate our needs quickly, without any hesitation. There are many different food options nearby. Some walkable, depending on what you're in the mood for.

Great place to stay in the Cedar Park area. Very nice rooms and friendly staff. Check in took a little longer than expected, but I think they were training a new staff member. Lots of very good restaurants that are within easy walking distance right across the street. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area again for business.

The front desk attendant was in his first day. He told me he had a confession that this is his first day and an hour after arriving, his trainer left the property. He was frazzled trying to look up my reservation. Accidentally charged me twice. I called for three days and no one is there to answer phone. I went to property and there is no one at the front desk. I called the 1800 to ask for refund of my double charge and they said it would take a week to look into it as they can’t get ahold of anyone at the location either.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Clean rooms. Complimentary breakfast was basic but more than adequate, with plenty of seating. Check-in was a little slow, but I think a new employee was being trained while I was there. I stayed here two separate nights in different rooms. The upper floor room was very quiet, but the ground floor room (near the pool and fitness room) was a bit noisy through the night. Ask for a room on Floors 2 through 4 if you're a light sleeper. Lots of great restaurant options that you can walk to across the street from the hotel. I recommend this hotel and will likely stay here again when I'm in the area.

I need to voice my disappointment about my recent stay at the hotel. During my previous visit, the staff made us feel valued and welcomed. However, on this occasion, I encountered several issues. I specifically requested a room on a higher floor due to noise, but I was given a room on the second floor. My neighbors had dogs that barked incessantly, which made it impossible for me to get proper rest. When I raised this concern with the manager, he offered to switch my room, but the situation had already disrupted my sleep after a long 7-hour drive. Furthermore, I was dealing with the side effects of chemotherapy and wearing a back brace for three broken vertebrae. Despite explaining my situation to the manager, I felt that he was not willing to accommodate my needs. I believe that the hotel should have better standards for accommodating guests with disabilities, and I was disappointed by the lack of understanding and support from the management, especially considering the emotional distress I experienced during my three-day stay. I hope that the hotel will compensate me for their lack efficiency and lack going the extra mile.
