The stay over all was great but, we did get a clean face towel that had a brown stain on it so i didn't ues it.
Also, the weather was not so good and we were prepared for the 3 kids to be indoors just in case.
However, the 3, 6 and 11 grandkids were not happy we had to pay for Wi-Fi.
They started playing hide and go seek and that was not good.
The middle grandchild got stuck in the drawer and we had to call facilities who showed up right away.
Needless to say we left right after that.
Hopefully they add Wi-Fi Technology soon.
Thank you,

When we got there they checked us into a room that did not have a view when I paid for one with a view. They changed us to a room that had a river view we left our lounge there and went out right away. When we went back we realized that the room was not clean. There were stains on the carpets, it did not smell clean overall a bad room. We asked them if they did daily housekeeping they said yes but only the day then for the next two days they didnt go. When we called the second day when they didnt go they said that there was a note that we did not want housekeeping when that was not all true. That was off putting because we asked for the opposite. The attitue of some staff was as if they were doing you a favor. In general the hotel did not smell clean at all it actually had a bad smell. The door from the side did not work with the key card. The elevators kept going out of service. There was one that did not work at all the other were really slow. We kept having to wait at least 10 minutes to go on it. All four of them stopped working in the morning when most of the hotel guests were in the first floor eating breakfast. It became a nightmare.

We had our 1 year anniversary here to check out the Christmas lights. The staff was helpful on all things, they have complimentary breakfast, drinks and snacks. The restaurant there is delicious, cool bartender. Easy access to river walk, we will be back for sure

The hotel is old and it has a smell. The sofa was dirty and the furniture was old. The elevators weren’t working as well. People were waiting for a long time for them to work and get on. On the plus side, employees are very nice and helpful.

The property is lovely (be sure to check out the river). However, with this price point I was surprised with the $50 nightly parking and high-charge for streaming wifi. That was a little disappointing to me.

Stayed here for Lackland BMT. Was perfect for our needs. We got a suite to have extra living space to spend time with our Airman for family time. It was great. Vallet was very convenient and our car was always out and ready to go at 5 am for our base visits. Short walk to Alamo and located along the riverwalk.

All the staff at front desk was soo friendly and helped us with anything we needed..such as more towels, and toilet paper, and suggestions of great restaurants close by within walking distance.

Every time we stay here it is always a great experience. However, this time it took forever for the room to cool down. That was our only complaint the entire stay. Overall great stay!

Spouse and I had a great stay. Rooms could use an update, but fully functionable. Breakfast was terrific- omelets top notch! Amber is an unofficial concierge with lots of tips and recommendations. Initial front desk check in lady could use a lesson on friendliness doing only the bare minimum, but everyone else was very informative and proactive. Manager Reception was an unexpected bonus- great drinks and basic snacks. We enjoyed the pool, which didn’t get much use when we were there. It is indeed in the shade in the afternoon, but given Texas August heat, that was preferred. We’d read some people had issues with elevators, but they were fine for us. AC was great. The carpets in the hallways and room are on their last legs. A definite must for the hotel would be to clean or regrout and seal the tile in the shower- at least in our room 922. Also, remind housekeeping to sweep in between the vanity and wall in the bathroom. The location was great- a simple walk down to where the restaurants are on the Riverwalk was most enjoyable- maybe 3-5 minutes away. Overall, we’d definitely stay there again!

Great central location… walked to lots of things. This is going to sound ridiculous.. The only thing I did not like were the pillows, way to soft so my sleep wasn’t all that great.

We found roaches in the bathroom and they close the pool an hour before they said they would. They were unfriendly and check out was a mess. I waited an hour for my car from the valet.
