I cannot overstate enough how much air freshener they use. Our while family’s eyes were watering and I could barely breathe upon walking in. We asked about it & the front desk girl who was wearing a mask said it gave her a headache the first few days and they had “just” put new ones up 2 days prior. It was insanely overwhelming and carried into the rooms. The elevator looked as though it had not been vacuumed and the rooms were so dirty. They looked clean upon first glance but they also appeared unvacuumed and the corners of the bathroom were so gross. We turned the shower on and black stuff came up the drain. The toilet wouldn’t flush. We primarily booked this for the pool. It was like an abandoned place.. the lights were flickering and the pool looked so so dirty & was freezing. Wish I had looked into it more. Thankfully we left and got our money back but truly would warn anyone, especially with breathing problems, to avoid this place. The front desk lady was very nice and understanding. The whole place needs a deep clean and staff that cares when cleaning after other guests.

Continental breakfast needs some attention. Sausage and hash browns were not cooked enough. They were actually almost raw. Everything else in this establishment was very nice and we had a great time.

I normally stay close to this hotel when I come to Montgomery but did not want to spend as much as I normally do so I booked this hotel for the first time. It was a very comfortable clean hotel in a great location. They have streaming on the TV so you have a lot of options of what to watch, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the hotel room was very clean. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby and the interstate is very accessible. From now on I will book at this hotel instead of the one that I pay more for.

Where the tile met the vinyl plank flooring there was a gap and you could see pet food in the crack. Hotel room was old, had an unpleasant odor and not very clean. Almost positive the Dove body wash bottle filled with something else.

Quiet , safe, and convenient!!! However too much cleaning products was used on the entry way floor of my room, which made the floor very slippery. The night clerk was not familiar how to resolve this problem, which left me to clean it for my self. Other than this issue the stay was quite enjoyable!

Highly recommend this La Quinta. I usually stay at a hotel off of exit 6 , but it was booked. This was a pleasant surprise. The La Quinta was clean, updated, reasonably priced and I would stay here again. This might be my new go-to for business stays in Montgomery.

Location was good just off Interstate 85 Hotel appears to be relatively new. My concern was the odors. Entering the room it appeared clean but had a stale, musty odor. The bathroom smelled as if someone had just used it. I became adjusted to the smells but it put me off about the cleanliness.

The property was awesome. I brought my dog with me and there was plenty of places to walk my dog. Staff was helpful and friendly. Bed was nice and comfortable 😌 😴. My room was spacious. Plenty of options to watch tv. I will stay here again, when I'm back in Montgomery.

Stayed over night for a trip to Florida. Breakfast was good, parking was free, beds were clean and comfortable, bathrooms were a little dusty/dirty but it was an overall good stay.

Will never again stay at. LaQuinta Inn. No hot water in room! reported to management shortly after arrival. it never was fixed! was there for 2 days and had to try to shower in cold water all the while! Also reserved a accessible mobility room as I am handicapped! it had no walk in shower. Only a bathtub! my wife had to try to help me into the tub to shower in cold water! this place is a DUMP !!!!!!

I ret for tow nights due to a flight delay… a list the first night but the hotel charged me 2 nights….? That was ok…. But when I arrived to the hotel at the next morning…the lady in reception was very rude… and charge me 50 usd for an early check inn…..very unfair because I already pay two nights…..very annoying

At this property which identifies as "pet friendly" the front desk agent made me and my pets feel extremely unwelcome by behaving erratically in the presence of my my dogs (two 7 lb. Maltese). At one point for NO reason screaming hysterically in their presence and scaring both dogs terribly. Had the option existed I would have left the hotel and gone elsewhere, however due to the fact this was a one night stay I chose to remain. The hotel appeared perfectly fine, however our interaction with this employee, who flatly refused to tell me her name could not have been worse.
