Breakfast is appalling. Quality of food offering is unacceptable. Hot foods were cold, runny yogurts, croissants half baked, juices diluted, cold meats cut into rationed sizes, overall hardly anything was eaten. Patrons leave half eaten plates everywhere. I never had such an awful experience with breakfast before.

Love this hotel. Perfectly priced. On the edge of the precinct, so there is very little to no noise. Food is always great. Even though we were early, staff assisted with WiFi. And I worked from the pool area. Day later, sat in the bar area and watched WC rugby. Joined by three foreign gentlemen who sail boats.

The check-in was delayed and not very pleasant due to deposit issue, but staff throughout were helpful and friendly. This Hotel offers good location, decent services and comfortable rooms for best value in this area. Breakfasts are above average for this type of hotel and pool area is pleasant. If you are looking for a nice Hotel and don't want to break the bank, then this Hotel is ideal.

Stayed at the same hotel on two different days within the same week - enjoyed the first stay - everything was good - however on the second stay the room smelled of mould or damp - bed was very umcomfortable could feel the springs on the mattress - otherwise the room was neat and claen - carpets look rather old - staff was excellent and friendly - rooms made up in time - breakfast was excellent

The television channels were real bad,only about 8 channels (actually only 6 channels) to view and mostly all of them was real worthless. Worst of all is that 3 of the channels are exactly the same one, i tried to search for something else but the hotel obviously subscribed to the cheapest option available. They also claim that the rooms are soundproof..... but it's not true, i could hear everything going on in the rooms on either side and in the hallway too. Had to pay extra for on site parking as well. That's all i can complain about, the staff was all very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great for a layover for Durban airport. Unfortunately, did not provide airport shuttle, even after requesting one. Best to get a taxi from the airport (300ZAR). Breakfast was a welcome bonus and very good.

Only thing i found odd is that there's a R50 fee to park undercover, overnight, with the alternate option being to park outside in the open area , for free. The open area outside the hotel had very limited parking so it didnt make sense to even charging any fee. If there was no parking outside and if the R50 fee didnt make sense paying, do i then park on the street?
