Great hotel and fantastic location. Top of a hill and a short alley from the absolute center of town.
I am originally from Liege and I could not dream of a better location.
4.3
Awesome hotel.
Friendly staff, very comfortable rooms and a great restaurant with a lovely outdoor terrace.
Couldn’t have asked for more!
4.3
They did a wonderful job incorporating new luxury into a very old place and retaining the historical charm. Loved it!❤️
4.3
Quiet, amazing breakfast and views
4.3
The spa area wasn’t up to scratch - dirty even first thing in the morning with used towels in the changing rooms, no one on duty, no shower gel etc.
That was the only downside though - the rest of the hotel was great: lovely room, nice staff, well presented.
4.3
Awesome hotel, especially for the price of 200€. The dinner at normal restaurant probably had the best view in town, and the spa was really relaxing and not crowded.
4.3
This hotel is a class above others it's ambience and staff make this hotel just a great view just steps away from the city.
4.3
We contacted the Hotel and asked that we needed the possibility to charge our car. They informed no problems and when arriving they hade 2 spots both occupied all night. Also they could we help us out finding alternatives. So the only important thing for our stay wasn’t solved. Would never recommend them.
4.3
The room and staff were great!
4.3
The hotel is centrally located to the city centre. The main town is within walkable distance. The hotel itself is beautiful. The spa facilities are great. The rooms are very spacious but not well cleaned daily.
We parked in the parking across the hotel -which is operated by the hotel as well and paid half of the advertised price!
Parking in the city centre costs more and it’s longer to drive around to the locations. Easier by walking.
4.3
excellent hotel and superb staff.
4.3
Great pool and sauna.
4.3
Hotel is ok. Nice room. Good buffet breakfast. Area around the hotel rather grim. Not the fault of the hotel. It would be helpful if there was better signposting from the hotel garage entrance to the hotel. I would not feel safe walking to or from the city centre after dark. Hotel is on top of a steep hill on the edge of the city centre. The street plan produced by the city office is not very detailed, which did not help me to find the hotel. The hotel gives guests a much better map
4.3
Loved it. Interesting place, great food in the restaurant and great breakfast.
Quiet.
4.3
I found a dirt towel in the bathroom which is really bad in consideration of the price.
Some years ago I already stayed in the same hotel when it belonged to a different group. Now some thinks are changed (as breakfast organization), and I preferred by far as it was before: much better position of food and above all much better choice.
4.3
Amazing! but with poor and slow Wifi/internet connectivity
4.3
The hotel is clean and welcoming, excellent breakfast. My room was noisy though as near lift and below hotel restaurant area. The staff didn’t seem too concerned when I raised the issue! Happy to recommend the hotel but suggest guests ask for quieter room location

What a hotel…. Absolutely brilliant on every level. Loved it.
4.3
Great hotel, great location but the little things let it down. For example, one small bottle of water in the mini bar for 4 of us and no glasses. when we asked reception for a couple of water glasses in the room we were presented with a 5 euro service charge. Only 1 ice machine working in the hotel, didn't ask for this to be brought to the room as that would be another 5 euros. No towels at the pool, no valet parking, no assistance with luggage, receptionist not knowing the height limit for their own car park etc etc
4.3
This is a very nice hotel with clean and comfy rooms and an excellent spa area including pool, whirlpool, sauna and hamam. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Roof top terrace has a wonderful view.
4.3
A lovely hotel built into the hillside on the outskirts of the old town. Our room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable, with a view of the small internal garden area. Excellent breakfast buffet and the spa area was nice.I only used the pool but there are also a jacuzzi, saunas and a small gym. Just be aware, the hotel is above the town centre so walking back is uphill or up a number of steps.
4.3
The hotel is great
Good breakfast
Nice staff
4.3
Top hotel, would highly recommend - possible future improvement would be the off street paring offered - very tight and difficult to navigate.
Apart from the parking - this is a top hotel - enjoy...
4.3
Gorgeous property. Food and pool/Nordic spa are exceptional. Our rooms was also very large which was great for a family of 4. Staff were also exceptional.
We had a series of problems with our room - lights that wouldn’t turn off, air conditioner that didn’t work, toilet that had problems flushing, and a bad odour. Staff tried their best to fix these but it was a bit surprising given how luxurious the rest of the hotel is.
4.3
We choose this hotel for the spa and swimming pool. The day we were to arrive we received an email that the pool would be closed to upkeep. It was too late to get a refund and go somewhere else. The children were most disappointed as this was suppose to be special as we had been traveling for days.
4.3
Lovely food also in restaurant. Have the mountain carbonara!

We have arrived at your hotel Thursday evening at 7pm after a day's travelling on and off trains from Paris with two small children to be informed that your swimming pool is closed. The reason we apparently were not told is that we booked through hotels.com. So to say you had no way to contact me I disagree with completely and it's just not acceptable. The manager Steve after sending a complaint email confirmed that we could have been contacted.
We can use the sister hotel facilities which is 25 minutes walk or 10 minutes taxi. They did provide a shuttle service to use however it took 20 minutes each way for it to arrive and then 15 minute journey due to traffic so added 1 hour onto the experience and all we wanted was fresh shower in our own room so total pain. The time we have wasted and is inconvenient doing this, it's not so easy as just puting on a robe and walking in the comfort of your own hotel to the pool with small children.
We arrive to our room 624, my son goes to the toilet when he screams because something is all over the shower and floor. Ants!! The bathroom covered in ants! Not acceptable at all for this standard of hotel. Swifly changed us to room 424. The next morning Steve the manager apologised and offered complimentary lunch. This was an experience in itself, we where treated horribly because we didn't speak French. After going up to the deck 3 times finally got a chef who was lovely that spoke English and explained menu. Terrible experience.

Beautiful hotel, nice breakfast, nice rooms. Only a bit noise in the rooms from upstairs.
4.3
Very quality hotel. Solid 4*

Though Liège can leave something to be desired, this hotel is lovely. It has a great pool and spa, as well. If it had a gym it would be perfect, but hey, the breakfast is amazing, so it makes up for it.
4.3
Rooms are huge, clean, place is very quiet, views from terraces are amazing, breakfast can make you full for entire day, staff is very friendly. Really good.
This is NOT a cons for the hotel itself, maybe even opposite, but it is on the top of the hill and climbing a little bit challenging.
4.3
A beautiful stylish hotel. Great breakfast, spacious bedroom and bathroom with separate bath and shower.
There are two lovely terraces and a beautiful spa and pool area (we did not use that due to time constraints). However the wifi did not work in our room (or almost anywhere else on our floor) and judging by the number of people working on laptops in the reception area this seems to be the case in the bedroom part of the hotel. Reception were aware of the problem, however this appears to be an ongoing issue.
One final thing - if you want to explore the city head downhill, uphill is rather seedy.
4.3
Amazing hotel, staff went above and beyond to make it a really relaxing stay

V good

Such a beautiful place and the level of comfort is exceptional. However, the level of service at the restaurant around lunch was mediocre. Additionally, drinks were charged to my room by someone else.
Overall the experience was great, and will probably book next time I’m in town.
4.3
Great stay. Warmly recommended
4.3
Great location, clean and beautiful
4.3
Well equipped hotel close to the centre.
