The bed was fairly comfortable, the room was standard size for Europe, nothing special in terms of amenities. Couldn't adjust the heat in room despite the chill in the air and cold weather. The front desk staff were polite. Parking is weird, apparently they need to be available to open the door to let us in/out... there was a dirty towel in our room and the kettle was dirty from previous use... i cant say I'd book here again, but it wasnt awful.

Hotel is well located but really need to be updated. carpets, room keys, no AC and the heating was malfunctioning and we were at 45 degrees F. Basic buffet breakfast , No fruit,

We liked the hotel a lot, quaint and welcoming. One thing to advise clients in your booking notes would be, to pull up in front of the hotel and pop in to reception to ask for the garage location, which is not obvious, also it needs to be opened internally prior to receiving the code..not a major issue, just would be helpful. All in all a great stay and only 10 minutes from the centre for the café soceity and restaurants, plus of course the Dijon mustard shops..

Good location, convenient parking. Extra charge for water, and attempted charge for room coffee pods, was a bit cheap on the part of management. Hallway spaces are in need of upgrade but the rooms are fine, although there is no refrigerator.

The ambience and the care and help from the reception. Great room and breakfast. An noiseless airco would be very nice in the room or climate system, because sleeping with open window is not preferable due to the noise of the trafic at the square. Save parking also.

Hotel Wilson was conveniently located for all Dijons amenities. It is a very stylish hotel with quality fixtures and fittings. The staff were friendly and helpful, English speaking, and and gave us tips on shopping and restaurants. We would highly recommend .

The staff were very accommodating. The location was within easy walking distance of the center of the town. One thing was that the rooms were quite noisy. It's an old property, which was one thing that drew us to it, but that means you can hear footsteps upstairs, some noise from outside the room. The guests were very polite and quiet in general but that's just what you get with an older property. We asked to switch rooms to the top floor which they were able to accommodate and that was better. That made us notice that not all rooms have ac so best to ask. It wasn't hot while we were there but it would be good to know ahead of time in the summer. The parking was really tight in a garage, so hard to maneuver. That's another way that the staff was accommodating; they offered to park or "unpark" the car for us and we gratefully took them up on that.

We knew the room was small when we booked, but it was only for one night and was actually very well designed and comfortable. Shower, no bathtub (not an issue for us). Negatives: Took ages to get the body wash pump to work, and the aircon didn't work at all. No fridge and very limited (tepid) drinking water. Positives: Lovely hotel with its own character (not a typical 'chain' hotel), easy access from the motorway, secure parking without too much manoeuvring, option to breakfast (we chose to meet friends in town for brunch instead), polite and helpful staff. Only a 5-10 minute level walk into the old town.

I don’t usually write bad reviews but this was my worst night in many years. It was hot. With only a fan in the room we had the window open. The noise from the road was awful. The green patch outside the hotel is a meeting place for bikers and parting youth, even on a Monday night. The roar of revved up motorbikes and pounding music kept me awake until 3am when I finally shut the window and roasted instead. I think an internal room would be better but don’t get one facing the roadside in summer. The breakfast was good but the dishes were not topped up and lots of things seemed to run out.

I think it’s a nice hotel. It was in walking distance of when I called the Central District where there is nothing but shops of all kinds. open air market, lots of restaurants very easy to walk to. The other thing is the architecture of the old buildings

Old charming style, not all the rooms can be accessed with the lift, could be tricky with the suitcase for room number 201 & 202 Breakfast is not of extensive choice, do not hesitate to ask for hot drinks as you are maybe not proposed anything upon arrival

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Wilson. The room was comfortable and clean. We had a street- facing room and could hear the noise from the street but it wasn’t an issue overnight. The wifi connection in the room was very slow. Breakfast was delicious! The hotel is walking distance from the downtown area. I would stay again.

Hotel Wilson, is a quaint hotel on the edges of the old town and right on the Wilson Square and fountains. Overall we had an enjoyable stay, although we were concerned with the hygiene provision at breakfast given we are in a pandemic. A buffet was prepared, and most food left open. Discipline at the buffet was poor with many guests (particular young adults paying no attention to the clear signage that asked masks to be worn. Staff made no effort to enforce this. Overall, my rating is on the location, hotel and impression of the staff, although if I was to rate it purely on the experience of how they are dealing with the pandemic, the rating would be lower.

A lovely historic hotel 10 minutes walk away from the centre of Dijon. Our room was a compact double, well thought out in its layout and design ensuring there was enough space for our luggage. Both the large bathroom and the bedroom had a beautiful original beamed ceiling making this a unique place to stay. The staff were very friendly and the communal areas very attractive too. A fantastic price for such a charming hotel. Secure parking available (13€ extra)

Hotel Wilson was a great surprise. The location was perfect to the city center about 10 minutes walking. 30 min walk away from the train station. They had a great breakfast but were not clear of the added cost. It seemed as though it was part of our reservation as we were asked if we would be having it without telling us that it wold cost us 7 euros per person. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We asked for wine glasses and forks/knives and they were immediately delivered. they have umbrellas to be used. If you are driving they have a parking area.
