Sheets werent clean. Rooms werent cleaned properly. WiFi was a pain to connect to.Path to the new building was filthy. The ground floor bathroom in the new building was absolutely horrible.The balcony of one of the rooms was near the kitchen exhaust. Quite terrible, really.

its good. can be used second time. nice whether and good behaviour of hotel staff.

Very good hotel for couples. good food with every variety. Snow point near by. Shopping market nearby. Travel facility available at any time with reasonable price. Overall very good. I like to visit again

Tucked some distance away from the Mall Road, this is a nice hotel with some very warm and friendly staff members who take good care of you. Do not expect luxurious exterior and interiors, however, the hotel offers the basic facilities and amenities that one would expect to make the stay comfortable. The rooms also have a good view of the scenic beauty around. The rooms and the hotel obviously need a face lift but are still a good bargain at the price that you pay for it. Overall comfortable stay and very happy with the food and the friendliness of staff.

I stayed in this hotel with my husband for two nights in May and the hotel service was poor overall for the price that they charged us for two nights. The food was horrible and the room was very dusty and uncomfortable and to top it all the bed was round shaped making it difficult to sleep on the bed for two people. The waiters were stubborn and the room service didn't change the bath towels for us and only after speaking to management they changed it. Finally when we were about to leave, the waiter stubbornly stood and asked for tips. Overall we had negative experience at this hotel and wouldn't recommend this hotel for the price that they charged us.

This is a very nice place to stay in the heart of the city, the food is very good, the service is excellent, since the hotel is old there is a scope for improvement in the room conditions
