Rug behind bed was dusty, they used air freshener in the elevator and hall way. I have lung issues and was triggered.

The location was good for my purposes, and the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I feel that cleanliness was a little lacking as the carpet was not sufficiently vaccumed and the couch had a large stain. My main complaint is that while I was placed in a non smoking room, it was clear that smoking had occured in that room previously resulting in my clothes smelling like cigarette smoke simply from being hung up in the closet or placed on the side of the couch.

No one could speak clear English, there wasnt a hot tob its a jetted tub. No towels . Breakfast was cooked the day before.Very cheap no name jam and peanut butter.

Unfortunately the property is showing some age as the furniture in the room was worn. One elevator was out of service and the other was acting in a manner that would cause concern about reliability.

Check in was atrocious. The room they put us in was in the maintenance hallway. When we asked to move, we were refused. The clerk on duty didn't give a damn. We were awaken every morning to the sound of the staff outside our dior. Also the sound of laundry carts being rolled around. The condition of the room was a 2 out of 10. The two is for the clean towels. The carpet was so dirty that we couldn't walk on it in socks nor bare feet. Folded up cardboard was used to balance the dresser. The microwave almost fell of its stand because of its legs. We came back one day to find homeless people sitting outside our window. The one bright point was the young man who checked us out. Highly professional. I wouldn't recommended this place to anyone except road workers

Breakfast only until 9, lumpy pillows, TV very small and took 2 visits by staff to make it function. S Broken shingles from the roof laying in the parking lot stalls next to building made me park further away.

Definitely would not recommend. Stayed 3 nights, room was ‘cleaned’ once. Requested at the front desk to have the room cleaned on our 3rd day and it was not. Fitness centre bathroom had no toilet paper or hand soap. Breakfast included but they were out of just about everything. Dogs barking on our floor until almost midnight. Sat outside of the hotel and was approached by a meth addict saying someone was trying to attack him with a bat… it was a lot.

I wasn’t very happy, not only was this the loudest experience I’ve ever had at a hotel but our key cards never worked and when I tried to use the shower the shower had flew off and hit me in the head. When I mentioned it to the staff I was brushed off.

Mattresses desperately needed to be replaced on both Queen beds. (Ours backs were sore in the mornings) The bathroom floor had a huge crack going through two tiles. But a little TLC, then I would recommend because staff was very nice and welcoming.

The staff were okay and the room was clean overall but it simply looked word, black paint marks on the ceiling and some of the trim was loose, carpet looked worn, the bathroom mirror was broken. I used the bike on the gym, which was not easily identified by proper signage, and the bike was dusty, gym looked worn.

I liked that the hotel was fog friendly. There were only about 6 occupants in the hotel and they placed someone beside us and directly above us, which wasn't ideal. It could have been a lot more quiet for everyone if they spread us throughout the hotel.
