Basic get what you paid for hotel, ideal for a stopover limited but serviceable breakfast and evening dining options a walkable distance, try the german bar which is the nearest!!

Plus points: The hotel is not expensive and has a receptionist even late at night. There is a breakfast, which was quite OK, and I was given it for free when I asked as compensation for... The negative points: I was given a key to my room, which didn't work, was given a replacement key, which did work, but found a laptop and two phones charging in the room... which was neat and tidy but clearly occupied by another guest! I was then given another room... which had no towels in it. All this involved four separate trips (three of them up and down stairs with luggage) to sort out. The staff were friendly but inefficient, and giving me a key to someone else's room made me feel unsafe, that security was not sufficient.

We were going to the Zenith Metropole in Nantes and this hotel is ideal being just round the corner from it and by the main bus routes around the city if you want to travel into the centre as we did. Staff were great and the room was very quiet. Hotel was clean and well presented. Would definitely use again if we stay in the area.

Our stay here was one of the best on our trip. The front desk attendant was very accommodating, he gave us a room on the first floor looking out on the parking so we could see our motorcycle, we were able to park right outside the window. He also recommended a restaurant within walking distance and offered us the hotel prix fix menu price.

Extremely clean hotel. Check in was quick. Staff is efficient and pleasant. Breakfast could be until 10 rather than 9.30.I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Inter-Hotel ticked all our boxes and we would not hesitate to return there. The staff were friendly and efficient, the room clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The location of the hotel is really good, being close to the main road networks and the largest commercial centre in western Europe. All in all, superb!

Lovely receptionist, friendly and helpful. French, but spoke English for us. Immaculate hotel. Outskirts of city so not pleasant surroundings but a huge shopping mall a short walk away.

There were great dog walks a short distance away and quite a few good restaurants.At the back of the hotel was what looked like a dis-used factory and there was a traveller encampment there, which felt a little uncomfortable but caused us no issue.

Female Manager very rude when I asked for her name after she tried to overcharge she refused and become defensive. No customer service skills, will be lodging a formal complaint with Balladins.

A great value modest hotel which is very new and, therefore, in excellent condition. Breakfast good value for money at 8 Euros per person. Conveniently located to major shopping centre and tramway link to Nantes city centre.
