We stayed here 18years ago, so tried again as wanted to get back toward Sydney after the Bathurst race. Happy to say, after 18years this place has not changed one bit lol. Clean though and had good wifi and good TV service…. We’d stay again!

Great property and great stay, although due to work calling me in I had to cut my stay short. My only negative was the bed was super soft, so for some that's a bonus for me was a negative. Otherwise amaizing place, great hosts and lovely and modern.

Excellent location for Katoomba sight seeing. Room was very clean and comfortable. Shower was fantastic. Bed very comfortable. Only negative was, despite blockout curtains, a lot of light lit up the room at night from the exterior lights. However, overall we were very happy with our accommodation at Three Sisters Motel.

I didn’t meet anyone on arrival and departure. A bit weird, what if we needed some assistance. The room was excellent and comfortable. No other issues.

No bowls or cutlery in family room. Reception locked throughout with no in-person contact (although by luck a cleaner was on the property and was helpful). Check-in done using intercom.

Property is very old but has been updated and was clean, tidy and quiet. There was no hair dryer, rooms are small and can hardly shut the front door, due to the bed. The room smelt of strong bleach and took a while to clear. The cleaners should use another product. It's a motel, not a public toilet block! You check-in and check-out yourself, there is nobody home in the wheelhouse.

The manager offered to drop me at my destination when the Taxi I had arranged online didn't show up. I had a tour booked. Most appreciative for his kindness. Staff were also very friendly and left Easter eggs for us. Staff go above and beyond to be helpful and ensure your accommodation is comfortable for your stay. Beds were comfy too.

This is an older motor lodge - think vintage Route 66. Room #11 was spacious. Bathroom was retro and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Parking right outside of the room. Entry door needs weatherstripping replaced, as cold air and light came in through the sides and bottom of the door. Carpet also needs replacing. Within a 10-minute walk to Scenic World and Echo Point Lookout. Within 2-3 minute walk to bus stops, but beware they are not always on schedule. Not conveniently located to restaurants and stores - need to take bus into town or walk 20 mins.

Nice stay - updated room was very comfortable, within easy reach of buses and a nice cafe around the corner (Thursday to Monday only) and a chocolate shop right across (coffee too). Staff and managers/owners are very friendly and helpful. Will be back again!

Given all the positive reviews about cleanliness, I expected better. The furniture was new and the paint was recent, but the walls need more than paint. Someone clearly made an effort, but the place needs more work. At least it was reasonably quiet.

The staff are very accommodating and very kind. It’s actually our 2nd time staying at 3 sisters and if ever I need ti visit the Blue Mountains again, I would definitely book this place again and will highly recommend it to my relatives and friends.

We were at the motel half an earlier before the stated checked in time. The lady at the reception checked us in. Room is basic and clean. There is no counter top or shelf to put our bags. In the evening, we couldn't find the hairdryer. I told reception about it the next morning. Housekeeper left a hairdryer in the room.

No one at check in, had to call them up to find how to access room. Could not access the visitor info which appeared to be in reception but could not access it. Says on entrance wifi/internet but had to pay for this. No breakfast dining facilities within Motel or easy walking distance.
