This is one of the most beautiful properties in Jaipur. Located between aravali hills this is a perfect weekend gateway for a quite holiday away from suburbs!

This is like luxury living in the foothills of mountains. The staff being it the general manager, restaurant manager, staff and others were very courteous and diligent. If one wants to live slightly away from the hustle of Jaipur this is the place to be! The sustainable buildings, EV, and greenery around is breathtaking. The high tea, musical artists and performances were awesome. The whole family loved it.

we loved our stay , its unique architecture and amenities, lotta stuff for kids , they have special evening cultural program with horse riding, snacks , local arts
staff was very courteous and professional
they should provide property map as part of their welcome kit also if they could provide liquid soap for hand wash in restroom would be great
Property is so huge that we had to use cart to go to Lobby or Restaurant or cultural event
overall it was awesome stay we plan on coming again

Very courteous staff, excellent food - Breakfast, drinks and buffet options. Courteous driver - on-time, pleasing and knew the route to attractions and went out of the way to satisfy our needs/wants.

We chose the Devi Ratn to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. I arranged for a unique dining experience for the evening of our anniversary. The resort pulled out all the stops. We had a table set up on the roof just for the two of us. We had a five-course meal that was tailored to our diet. Everything about the experience was unique and special.
Our room was spacious. My wife enjoyed her spa experience.
The best part about the resort is the staff. They couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. The morning after our dinner it seemed like every staff member asked us if we enjoyed our evening. I think the entire staff knew
The resort is quite a ways off the beaten path. If you want to go into Jaipur, it’s going to take you awhile.
We would definitely come back here if we make it back to Jaipur

Very scary location in the middle of no where , ran from the hotel

Splurged on a suite, fabulous service, nice big room, big shower and bathtub, but there was a massive crack in the tub, the door leading to a bamboo garden directly off the bathroom didn’t close properly, so we were being eaten alive by mosquitos while we slept. On our final night, my husband got food poisoning from the food at the restaurant and he’s still struggling two days later.
We could have stayed at a more well-known brand of hotel for half the price and had a better time, but we took a chance. Huge waste of money — live and learn — stick to hotels you’ve heard of. Do not recommend.

we were given a free upgrade on a simple polite request despite property being fully booked! amazing food, lovely ambiance since it was raining throughout our stay. we were given a tour of the property in the golf cart and really enjoyed our time.

The hotel access is not easy and one has to rely on google maps. The property is very good though with excellent interiors and large rooms. The hotel is pet friendly (chargeable) and our dog loved it. They had a pet treat, bed and a special pet menu as also a designed pet play area. The restaurant and bar were excellent and the service staff was very courteous and focused. We found that the check in process was rather slow. The parking is open air and can really heat up the car as we travelled towards end of March’21. On request car wash (inside & outside) was arranged. Overall a superb experience.

Hospitality of taj is unmatchable. Food and beverage section was great as usual. Location of suite not proper - no view Senior level staff need to be more upto mark. They should not be confined to their rooms but look after the guest as well, it is becoming very difficult to talk to the staff above duty manager in taj

The pictures of this hotel are misleading - the hotel is showing its age and that does not come through in the photos. Both the guest rooms as well as the common spaces were showing signs of disrepair and general lack of upkeep. The rooms are also very dark. Thankfully our weekend plans meant we spent little time in our room, but it was still quite depressing in general.

The property is good but no activities are initiated by them as we are there at Makar sakaranti and lohri festival, we are expecting some celebrations. Overall environment is very dull.

My girlfriend and I (both 26) spent a night at the Lebua Resort in June 2016. The resort is situated comfortably far away from anywhere else which makes it a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The whole resort is as whacky as the photos suggest and we loved it. The pool are was a real sun trap with a very smart tiled area surrounding the two outdoor pools. Only negative was that there were a lot of pigeons drinking at the pool. They didnt cause a nuisance, but it would be perfect if they werent there. The staff were very helpful and friendly and couldnt do more to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

The hotel was a big disappointment! The room was not ready when we arrived, then they took us up to the room where they were still cleaning with cold dirty water and dirty mops! There were pigeon feathers ALL OVER, even in the bathroom and around the bed. When using the shower, the whole big bathroom was over flooded.. That took them some time to fix. We even found the door to our room wide open once without anyone there! The check-out took up to 45 mins...

It was very unpleasant to stay in this hotel. We visited Jaipur to enjoy with our relatives.Few of our relatives visited us at the hotel at around 6.30 pm and were asked to leave by 7.30 pm as according to the hotel staff this was their policy although they were unable to show us any printed policy mentioning the same. This was very humiliating for us and our guests. The staff were very rude and non co-operative. We have travelled through out the world and had never faced this kind of bad experience. The hotel rooms were in shabby condition. The pool area and the restaurant near to that was very dirty. Overall, the maintenance was not up to the standard of a five star property. We would make sure not to stay in the Lebua Group in the future.
