Overall the property was lovely and well kept (with the exception of some carpets that could use cleaning). The internet/television was very intermittent and often cut out. Additionally, there was little to no hot water in either the shower, sink, or kitchen sink. The refrigerator was not cold, although the freezer was.

Very comfortable suite. Had a separate kitchen area with a microwave and 2 burner cooktop (in addition to a full size refrigerator and dishwasher). The bed was firm enough for both my husband and I. The bathroom had a full size tub/shower and was well stocked with shampoo, etc. The breakfast had a lot of options, including make your own breakfast burrito. We had our dog with us and there were several waste receptacles by the doors, so didn't have to search for somewhere to dispose of her bowel movements. Overall, a very nice stay

We were in 315, and they people in room 313 were playing creepy lullaby music very loudly till we just checked out at 1am. We knocked in the door and no one answered the door. The lady at the front desk did not offer any assistance with the issue.

Everything was absolutely pleasant until we laid down on the bed. It was the hardest bed that I have ever had to sleep on. When you moved, the springs literally made noises. This is my first negative review ever. The hotel was beautiful. The staff was nice. Everything was clean. But, I found the sofa more comfortable, even with my feet hanging off.

Check-in was very smooth but later on we found that the bathroom was not fully cleaned. The toilet was not flushing and the trash had not been thrown out. It was very disgusting, especially because there were feminine hygiene used products in the trash. The rest of the room was clean.

Check in was @ 3:00, but had to wait in lobby while room was made ready. We were directed to go to the back corner of the building to access our room. When we got there, a sign on the outside door said the door was out of service. The commode in the bathroom was leaking. Overall condition of the facility was in need of maintenance. Have never been disappointed with an Homewood Suites, until this stay. Our first & last time to stay here.

Shower took a really long time to get warm and even longer for hot, we’re talking 10-15 minutes. Air conditioner shuts off every hour during middle of the night, long enough for you to wake up. No ceiling fan so once it stops you’ll notice. It comes back on but very difficult to sleep when this Happens around every hour it seemed.

The check-in process was easy. However, transitioning from the check-in center to the actual room was a hassle. The door to get in was broken and we had to walk around to the back of the building to get in. The rooms and hotel is very dated. We did not manage to check out the breakfast so we did not have a response to that. We did have an experience where our pillowcases were dirty and we just use the other ones that we had. The hotel is located in a very convenient area so that was a plus. We did have space in our room and enough supplies for our stay. However, we did not rest well because the beds were very uncomfortable and not suitable for sleep.

Front desk check-in was very easy. Staff very personable. My only suggestion is the rooms don’t have USB plugs. They’re all the old-school socket plugs for chargers, etc..

Overall it was ok. A few small items came up: Room was not available (not clean yet) when we arrived. The 24 hour coffee bar had no coffee the first morning. The phone in our room did not work (front desk couldn't hear me.) There was trash in the hallway and the trash can outside was over-flowing. The breakfast was not good - food not hot and bacon was tasteless.

Staff were really friendly. Had an issue with bathroom no water and toilet spraying after flushing. The manager on duty made the accommodation for my family and I to switch rooms. Which was much appreciated. Also the rooms are cleaned every other day. Which meant we had to take out all of our trash. Otherwise it good stay would recommend.

The bathroom in my room had a towel hanged in the shower head that shouldn’t have been there- it made me doubt about how clean the whole room and hotel really was… I’m just giving 3 stars because it doesn’t look that they pay attention to the details and the rooms are not very well maintained and clean.

The hotel was conveniently placed towards the highway, restaurants, and shopping, so it was easy to get anything that we needed. What really knocked down the rating was the cleanliness of the room. There were some cracked bathroom tiles that wobble and a cockroach-like bug in the bathroom. When opening the bathroom door, it hit against the toilet bowl; therefore, never being able to leave it open all the way.

The room was nice and comfortable. The Hotel advertises free Wifi but that was not the case. We were there for four nights and only had it for the first day. We were told that they were repairing it???? We also lost hot water for one day.

Overall it was a nice stay! My room wasn't ready in time due to a lot of families that had checked out late, so I got a little worried because I was there for a wedding but it ended up working out. The room was spacious and clean and I had a decent sleep. It was a great hotel for a quick night stay.

The elevator was not working. All of the telephones in the suite did not have a dial tone or no service. The swimming pool was so dirty with green and brown water. They should not advertise a pool if it is not in service it was more like a cement pond. Not enough sitting area for breakfast
