nice place

Lovely place to stay in Zermatt. While a bit far from the city center. The quiet of the area was a nice break from the noise of being around others. And the view of the Matterhorn from this area was spectacular! That being said it was a 20 minute walk to the center. So not really far. The place was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to spread out. If you are considering visiting Zermatt, this place is a great option.

This is a lovely and clean apartment an easy walk 10 minutes from the lift. We also enjoyed the spa area - sauna, hot tub, and steam room. The staff responded quickly to our requests.

This unit was built with modern standards inside. We loved our stay here, it was big for the 4 of us, close to the Matterhorn cable car station, and we love that Matterhorn greets us every morning in our balcony. Loved its location in the middle of the mountain but it was quite a struggle to be home every time we come from the city center. The view of wild flowers around the house, trees in the mountain and the sheep’s bells ringing were a sight to behold. I would definitely recommend this place but I would like to suggest to have at least a box of Kleenex. The only downside was that when we got to the unit, the dishes and cutlery in the dishwasher were unwashed and stinky. Otherwise, everything was fine.

This place is both beautiful and cozy. The space was welcoming, immaculate and well appointed.
We stayed for three days and really made full use of the apartment, especially the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked, including a fondue pot (but no gel burners!) and rachlette grill.
The laundry is convenient, but it requires coins. The directions were not the clearest and honestly at $900+ a night, laundry should be included as a courtesy, including detergent.
We also were only supplied two little shampoos and two lotions for five people on a three day stay. Larger bottles would be better and are more eco-friendly anyways. There were also only two kitchen napkins.
There’s a sauna but it is only open 3:30 to 9:30 pm. A sign by the sauna room rather than just the book would be helpful. Also given these apartments are open for families and sauna not separated by gender, at least bathing suits or towels should be required. Twice our girls returned back because they simply were not comfortable going into a sauna or steam room with other completely nude adult men.
Other than that, customer service was not the friendliest. It was also difficult to work through hotels.com and a private company. There was frequently a two step process. We did not receive instructions proactively. I had to call two times to learn that the keys would be left for us at the property. Again, for this price point, customer service should match the caliber of the space.

Nice property in quiet area

The view was amazing and very beautiful. The Matterhorn was not visible from our balcony.
The property was easy to find, takes about 10 to 15 minutes walking to reach the stores.
There's a spa and sauna to use although was already closed when we get "home" after a long day of sightseeing/hiking.

It was very hard to locate the property based on their address shown on paper. 7 flats to share one washing machine has made a queue and that has wasted a lot of time. The property has illegitimately charged me CHF50 for the repair of a door lock which was already worn out and was not damaged by me. Beware of the tricks played by the property.
