So, first of all, the pictures did not tell the tell of the hotel. They made everything look bigger and more pristine then it really was. I was greeted pretty nicely, the people and the staff were really nice overall during my stay. But, nice does not mean they were great. There were lots of inconsistencies throughout my one week stay. My fiancé used to be a supervisor in one of the nicest hotels. Across the board from the obvious and even the not so obvious things were off. 1. Cleanliness - Glass was full of spots, the paint was chipping everywhere, the sheets when replaced wasn't even cleaned well. The halls when clean and sanitized smelled awful of chemicals, not safe for people at all. I.E. -- Go to a Hilton or a Crowne Plaza- you will not get these smells. 2. Delivery of services -- Seemed like they were understaffed or disorganized. When things were requested such as water or food, or even towels- it took a very long time to get to us. 3. Food -- The buffet was serviceable, but underwhelming. Dishes were overly spicy and even too much masala (and I am Indian). The juices were not fresh. Overall-- okay at best. I would say, there is lots of potential if everyone got trained by hotel professionals. Also, I feel everyone music improve the skills of speaking English better. This is a professional industry-- your staff needs better training. And better training in EVERYTHING. Again, everyone was super nice and courtesy-- I enjoyed that part.

It was an amazing stay at skycity and I will surely visit this properly again and suggest everyone to visit once as rooms are near and clean with lavish buffet in morning with varieties taste and very helpful staff.wifi working smoothly and enjoy city night club with spa and newly opened saloon.Thanks skycity to make my stay wonderful

Hotel is very dated and needs a refurb to bring it in line with others around there. Bathroom we had a suite the water took 30 min to drain after use im bath and sink not pleasent. Overall it was a 1 night stay so grinned and beared it .

Breakfast menu had less variety, their parathas were invariably hard as papad. Same hardness in poha, upma, pooris. Staff was very inexperienced. They were not versed with the description of the food from the menu. Rooms are also okay, thrice in the day you get disturbed by staff who mistakenly rings your door, or just to find out if there is someone in the room. Crowd is also very average, you somehow get a feeling you are staying in an average hotel. The good, and the best thing about this hotel is the live music every evening at the dining hall. The guy Rahul is a great singer, and I have become a great fan of his. Every evening used to be great because of his melodious singing.

I have used this hotel many times as a stopover. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It is easy for taxi drivers to find because it is near the Delhi-Jaipur road. It is a nice hotel and good value for money. Its speciality is hosting Japanese visitors and has good food.

Stuff was very good, a lady by the name of Mhata (not sure) ?? went out of her way to assist,I rented a hotel car, price was definitely market price and not skyrocketing expensive hotel price. Breakfast reasonable. There was a water leakage in the bath, i forgot to report. Overall good value, it is my 2nd stay here.

For the size of the room, they have too much furniture - no place to move around, no place to keep two suit cases. We requested a coffee table be moved out of the room, so we can put up for a day. Registration desk staff is helpful. Restaurant food is good, but minimal choices for Indian vegetarians. Hotel caters to Japanese clients and the menu in the restaurant reflects it.

Wow. I booked this hotel because I stayed in the Best Western in Lucknow and was impressed, it was simple, nice and clean. This Gurgaon Best Western is like NOT OK. Besides annoying and low-quality service, the hotel itself is pretty gross. The cockroach in my bathroom was pretty small, but I didn't love that it was there. The carpeting has as many offensive stains as the hallway has offensive smells. Varied and multitudinous. Run, run, very far away from this gross hotel.

We really liked it but we only stayed for one night. We found it clean and staff very friendly. We felt the price was very fair for the amenities it offered. I will stay there again next time and after a few stays I will post again.
