Javi at the front desk was super helpful. We had to send an extra day while we waited for our cruise ship and he booked us a wonderful day trip to Girodona and Costa Brava.

The location is absolutely outstanding if you are there as a tourist. It is close to everything and easily accessible. The room and other common area facilities were immaculate and very nicely designed. We had booked a deluxe junior suite, which matched the description and pictures exactly. This was all excellent. The problems we experienced were all with the service-we had to call each day late in the afternoon to get housekeeping to come in. That was very curious. Our first morning, we greeted the housekeeping person on our way out and she was coming out of the room next door. Nine hours later, no one had come to clean the room and it was 5:30pm in the afternoon. When I called the front desk they informed me that cleaning hours were 9am to 5pm-well, they had that entire time period open to them but had elected not to come. Each day was like this for housekeeping. There is also an Experience Team, who reached out to us the day before we left home inquiring about preferences for our room set up. That was a nice touch, but we had made the booking months in advance. In any case, we turned the preference request right away, but because of the short lead time, they were unable to translate that into any of preferences we had elected. In the end, they spent more time writing apology notes than actually doing the work. The service at this hotel was extremely poor, which should be easy to remedy. Given the location and the excellent facilities, this could become a great place.

We had a good experience. The hotel was walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The service was excellent. We really enjoyed beautiful views from the rooftop bar.

The staff is absolutely amazing. We had so many questions and they were patient, kind and helpful. The hotel is great but the staff is what makes it special. The location was convenient and our deluxe room was spacious. Love the shower! Make sure to carve out time to go to the pool on the room. Amazing views of the city and a nice break from the hot temperatures.

We were on the 7th floor and there was an issue with excessive noise coming from the rooftop bar. The guest experience staff was very responsive and handled it very well and the issue was quickly resolved.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Ohla Barcelona. The staff was so welcoming to us and so eager to make us happy. In addition, the rooftop bar and pool is gorgeous and one of the best views. Overall, I would definitely stay again at Ohla Barcelona due to its good natured staff, it’s impeccable breakfast buffet, and positive energy.

This property has been one of my favorite property thus far. From the staff at check in, to the room, everything was perfect. All of the amenities including the rooftop pool and the wellness center were kept super clean and up to date. The area is walkable and felt safe. Can’t wait to come back and visit to stay here!

This hotel was super chic and clean. The staff was accommodating and friendly. I especially enjoyed their turn down service because every night they left a little treat and thoughtful note. It was close to a lot of attractions and shopping. If I had any negatives it would be that the hotel wasn’t great for double beds. The twin bed situation wasn’t the best because I was traveling with a friend, so I would suggest getting two separate rooms or another hotel. Other than that, I thought the experience was great and would stay here again with my spouse.

This hotel is very chic, modern and centrally located. We were able to walk to most sites and could not have picked a better location. The rooftop bar offers spectacular sunset views and the restaurants are top notch. I would stay there again for all these reasons.

We had the corner suite. The bathroom layout is more appropriate for a couple than a family since there is no door between the bathroom shower and tub area and the rest of the suite. Great location, and the breakfast was very good. It was included in the price of the room.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ohla hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were modern, bed comfortable and it had all the facilities that you would expect of a hotel of this kind. My only gripe is that the toilet is hidden behind a door and while this gives privacy - there is no ventilation or air flow - so it's not great. However, besides that - the hotel was perfect for us. Location is fantastic - Gothic and Born neighbourhoods on the doorstep - heaps of restaurants, bars etc. We had breakfast in the hotel each morning and it was excellent. The pool was a welcome relief as it was very hot when we stayed in Barcelona. The view from the pool and rooftop bar was stunning. We would definitely stay here again - it was fantastic!

We stayed in a VIP Access hotel and on the first day my wife's hair was sucked into their hair dryer so we had to cut her hair in half so it could be released. Management saw the scenario and admitted it was a faulty dryer and they replaced it and provided us with a bottle of wine which they took the day after. I'll share the pictures from all the hair on social media so people can be warned about the personal injury you can receive in this place

I stayed for 3 night and 4 days for my first time visiting Barcelona and I choose this Hotel with 5 start. I did not have a 5 start experience overall, My bed mattress was hard as a rock, the shower of the room will spill water outside of the shower and ppl were not very friendly with tourist.

The hotel is magnificent. We really enjoyed staying there. It's a modern facility with excellent service. The hotel is clean with modern amenities. The staff is beyond friendly, helpful, and professional. Free water, champaign, lemonade, and chocolates are at the front desk 24/7. Our stay could not have been better. Additionally, the hotel is centrally located and very close to many shops, restaurants, and other places. We highly recommend Ohla Barcelona Hotel.

Truly wonderful staff, excellent service (can’t say enough about how welcoming, helpful and kind they were). Great central location in gothic quarter, beautiful small rooftop pool with amazing views of the city. Neighborhood is loud in the evening (hotel gave earplugs when requested). My son and I truly enjoyed our stay.
