When comparing to other hotels in the same chain this is our least favourite due to it's small size, few breakfast tables and the fact that you only serve coffee from a machine for breakfast (there is instant coffee). At breakfast the staff was extremly stressed which affected my stress levels negatively and really irritated me. Fot those of you who have eggs for breakfast: eggs are so hardly boiled they turn grey.

We stayed in a family room. Was perfect to have 2 bathrooms and a aitting area. They also gave us bottles of water every day.

I extended my stay - so I obviously like the hotel. Friendly staff. Room for 1 person had everything. Nice view from the 18th floor, good internet, mini fridge, kettle, bathtub, Japanese toilet, fresh towels every day and a bottle of water. There is a laundry room on the ground floor. Included breakfast was very different than what I am accustomed to. Not too far from Metro exit 1, 2, 3 and 4. 35 minutes walk from Train station (walk in underground Metro and take Exit 1, then keep walking south). From hotel to airport will take 1h20 using Metro line 1, then line 2, then light train.

There weren't many shops near the central station, but there were many shops and restaurants around Busan station, so it was convenient.

Awesome place with FREE full swing Korean authentic breakfast & bread with jam&butter, juice, salad, coffee, pasta,.. And all staff are very kind! Close to everywhere, Busan Station, Jakalchi seafood market, BIFF street, popular markets,.. covered by walk!

Excellent hotel in central busan. If you are travelling long term this place has the best laundry room ive found in korea. Clean ssfe excllent value.

Staff was so nice and helpful. They also got really nice breakfast and coffee. Other than two little stains on my duvet cover, everything seems very clean. Just that the door needed to be shut everything you close it, which is kinda noisy. All in all, it’s a satisfying experience with this affordable price.

Location is very convenient .we can take bus and subway where I want to go with in couple minutes walk.Staff is very friendly I like the breakfast they have congee salads some Korea food. Next time I come I will stay again.

Check/in was very friendly and professional. Location was fine, but not adjacent to public transportation, ie metro. There is a free shuttle BACK to Busan Station, but we never found out if it were available the other way, even though we asked for directions from Toyoko Station 1 l, the sister hotel right at Busan Station.

Good Price, clean Riom, polite and nice staff. Room is optimized like a cruiser boat room. Only bad point : the 3 elevators are not enough (or the call management is ****) at all, you can easily waste more than 8 min waiting for one on the morning

The front desk staffs are excellent and can speak Japanese. I asked the hotel if I can check in later than 10PM, on Expedia, and the reps answered me that I can visit there 24 hours. Actually I asked them in English and they answered me in Japanese, my own language. So I was pleased a lot. In the morning, you can eat breakfast but the diner room may be crowde. I had to wait on line there for few minutes and the tables are almost full. However it was small thing for me.

The lift arrangement by the time around 9-10am was very bad. Was staying 8F and waited for 20mins and still cannot get a lift down for check-out. They should re-arrange the lift by separating upper floor and lower floor for this hour in order to get a more efficiency use of the lift.

Enjoyed my stay. Good Japanese standard of cleanliness. Bedding was super comfy. Beer & Coffee vending machine at the lobby. Even comes with Pajamas for guest who chose to use them. Special touch of ladies care set with facial care & mask. Enjoyed the breakfast. Easy, fuse free DIY system. like it very much.

Love the shuttle to Busan and Nampo stations. I had a room with panoramic view. The breakfast is ok for me but might not suit Europeans. Value for money.

プサン駅より中央洞駅の方が、近いです。隣にセブンイレブンがありました。10時のチェックインや朝食の時はエレベーターが大変混雑するので、一度、一番上まで上がり、下るとよいです。朝食は食べなかったので分かりません。部屋は、きれいで日本の東横インと変わりません。むしろバスタブは日本の東横インより広いかもしれません。フロントで日本語は通じます。
