A BIG thumbs up to the room cleaner, excellent clean room and seeing her working before we left she is clearly a great asset to the company. Unlike the guy behind reception who obviously does not consider customer service important and too bored with his job to be helpful. A different situation with the female receptionist in the mornings who was most pleasant. Breakfast was acceptable but lacked the normal ham offering.

The B&B Hotel was comfortable, clean and handy to St. Jean de Luz. The breakfast was very good. Also, there was a huge supermarket just up the street and across the highway.

It was a very good stay, I wish it will be priced lower being a very budget hotel, but for August is seem was ok. Service was very attentive and accommodating.

A very nicely located hotel between Biarritz and saint Jean de Luz. You can access both easily with this hotel. It’s very basic but clean and comfortable. Not Bellamy sans whistles but offers a safe environment. Has free parking.

We as a family of four had a great night sleep. We are returning customers so were not disappointed. Would definitely recommend it, only this time as a surprise we had an extra bed so we all slept separated, which was a pleasuring bonus.

it was easy to get here because the hotel location is right next to road but is very quiet and peacefully, the rooms whore nice and clean and the receptionist was very good and always with a smile .... I will be back !!

Basic roadside hotel with variable rates. If I had been paying bottom rate I would have been satisfied with the value, but as I was paying top dollar I was underwhelmed. No big complaints, someplace to sleep for the night.

Stayed here one night on the way home from a round trip in Spain. Good option for sleeping one night. Everything was fairly new, clean and well kept, nothing luxurious or extra . Easy to park just outside, which is generally difficult in this part of France.

Not a hotel for a holiday, but ok as a crash pad on a longer trip. Whilst it looks an easy short walk to the beach the road is just not suitable for walking and parking is far from easy if you drive to the cliff tops.

Lovely hotel, close proximity to a restaurant which gives a discount to hotel guests, were given a spacious room which was welcome as we were travelling with our pet dog. The bathroom was lovely.

On arrival at the hotel we were welcomed by the owner. On checking for our reservation, confirmed by Expedia, our booking for a twin room for one night had not been recorded at the hotel. Apologising profusely, madam telephoned other hotels to find us a room but the hotels were full or too far from the beach and town. She then offered us the use of her own apartment which was beautiful and in a much better location. She came to the apartment herself to make up two beds, and turn on the air conditioning. We were also given the opportunity to stay for further nights if we wished. We were very happy with the solution and for the generous help given by madam and her husband, who had taken us to the apartment. We paid the same price as the cost of a room at the hotel.

Put off at first by lack of a restaurant in the hotel BUT this was not a problem as there's an excellent new restaurant opened just 300ms away. The route to the hotel from the motorway is a bit tricky as you have to take the right hand curve to go left, but easy to get back on track from just up the road. Staff were very helpful and the room had everything we needed. Good parking. Breakfast rather basic but did the job.
