Better than expected. The room was clean and very comfortable. Bed was great! They were amazing and let us store luggage while we did a 2 night trip to Tikal. Everyone that worked there was helpful and nice. 2 blocks to a shopping center that has many eating options.

I was charged for extra guest fee when I didn't have extra guest. I think I shouldn't have to pay that.

Clean but basic rooms, nice beds, friendly staff. Decent breakfast. The property could use some updates. The airport shuttle runs only Monday-Friday in the morning until 2 pm.

I have stay in many hotels in the capital Guatemala, but I have never stayed in one so noisy. We stayed on the third level. On August 8-9 basically, on a Thursday night, they were 2 Spanish ladies that were playing music loud all night and talking loud on the hallway even though we had earplugs, we couldn’t sleep through the noise is was a horrible night we were told that there was going to be an extra charge for taking us the the airport for $10 not $15

Great location and good rates.

The facility is in desperate need of an upgarde. You hear all the road noise. The furniture is dated, the bathrooms are dated, bed is uncomfortable. Additionally the front desk check in is poor. I booked a jinipr suite ant had to move to a regulat room with no eefund. Overall substandard

The staff treated me very good satisfying all my needs

Excellent facilities and excellent service. Located in a quiet area but with all the facilities. I felt very comfortable and calm

Not the best and not the worst. AC is lacking as it only worked in the bedroom. The “free” airport shuttle isn’t free ($10) and didn’t show up anyway. Breakfast is a bright spot. Plenty of egg and pancake choices. They charge more if you want meats. The hotel is pretty run down and doesn’t look like it’s had any upgrades since 1990. Beds are clean and comfortable. Staff were professional and kind.

I liked that it was close to the airport. Receptionist was very nice. Breakfast was very nice. Had courtesy shuttle to the airport. For the price it was good. I wish they would fix up the faucet in the bathroom.

Great place to stay in Guatemala. Specially it is pet friendly, large rooms, clean and friendly staff, close to the airport, great breakfast in the morning and airport shuttle to the airport. The only issue is the shuttle runs 7am to 2pm. If you have evening de departure you pay for the shuttle.

I like the hotel but they don’t provide enough towels, they just let two bath towels even if you reservation is for 3 people, and they don’t put hand towels, the towels looks old and stained too.

We enjoyed our stay. Ad said restaurant and bar but only breakfast on site. Their are choices nearby for food and drink. They let us check in early and room was nice. Safe was not secure but I believe they are working on updating that. I would stay again.

I loved the complimentary breakfast & coffee! It was delicious & the service was pleasant! If you don’t mind light noise, this a great place to crash.

We had a 1 day stop over in Guatemala City. The hotel was close to the airport and had a driver waiting for us on arrival. Very helpful and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Close to lots of shopping, food and sights in Zina 10

Price on Expedia was $15 higher than rate they gave at desk. Also airport shuttle only runs from 8am. I stayed at a hotel because I had an early flight. I choose that hotel for the shuttle and was frustrated to have to pay for an Uber as well. The property is old but clean.

This is a VERY well centrically located hotel, very clean, restaurants are steps away from here, the area is quiet no traffic noise, the breakfast was good and their staff very friendly and professional, they have shuttle service from and to airport ( 8 am to 8 pm ) I felt like at home and personally I miss this hotel, it never happened to me before, although their restaurant has no service now there are even mini markets steps away or a plaza with nice restaurants two blocks away. Something important for those arriving at the Guatemala City Airport: Make sure to have phone on hands, you will need to open the airport website minutes before they check your passport. WiFi available. You have to fill in a form and after it the page will give you a confirmation code and then you will have to show this code to the inmigration officer who will finally stamp your passport with the entry visa…..late night or very early morning arrivals will probably find out that airport is almost empty, when you get your code just take a self picture of it with your phone ( screen shot ) to show the officer. Taxi from Airport take no more than 10 minutes to get to the hotel. The Zoo is close to the hotel, very nice and clean zoo, and there is a craftsman or souvenir market next to the zoo too with nice souvenirs, two blocks away the hotel you will find a very clean and beautiful tree covered avenue which I enjoyed to walk down to the Zona 7 area 25 minutes walk where every thing is modern, nice

Very old hotel, they do not have staff to give credit to breakfast but it is the same menu for every day. The beds were old and the mattresses were broken. the hotel leaves a lot to be desired
