Breakfast was fantastic. The room was more for summer vacation, it was hard floor.

Lovely hotel and very nice friendly staff. The location was a bit remote and the air conditioning wasn’t the best but overall the rooms were good.

It was a great hotel. Very nice to find complementary coffee and tea in the room , and bottle water. Nice feature , build in tv in the mirror. Breakfast was very good , a lot to choose from. The area was les interesting to go for a walk , but I did not go there for site seeing .

Extreamly friendly service. They treated us very friendly from when we arrived. No wait at check-in. They even gave us a free upgrade to a suite, which was very nice. I would highly recommend it.

Good hotel for overnight stay but apart from their own restaurant there is nowhere nearby to eat.

We got upgraded to a suite which was a very nice surprise. The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful and they have clearly renovated the rooms recently. The pool area is nice with amazing views over the nearby hills. The restaurant in the hotel was not the best for dinner, price and value did not meet there. Breakfast is standard Italian buffet.

Very nice hotel, the shower was not working but it was fixed the next day; however, an excellent hotel should have everything essential functioning. The personnel is very nice and helpful (especially Federica).

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and nice swimming pool. People are pleasant and helpful. I will recommend this hotel for family.

The hotel is about 2 kilometres from the centre of Forli behind a petrol station, the postcode is a bit vague! Otherwise the hotel is fantastic value for money with a good breakfast.

The Hotel is very lovely - I felt right at Home. The Staff is very friendly.

Nice Hotel Great Food

This was so close to a 4 star experience at a 2 star price. On a quiet road about 2 miles outside town The Grand Hotel was clean well equipped with good service and nice friendly staff. Only let down by some jobsworth who turned the aircon off because it was past 30 Sept. My room was so hot I slept in the bathroom one night. Why they dont just look out the window at the hot sun I really dont know. Anyway, to be fair with the aircon on in summer or the weather colder than 25 degrees after 30 Sept this would be a really good choice.

Lovely hotel, service and buffet breakfast. Only problem is that this hotel is very, very difficult to find, especially as it doesnt come up on our SatNav.

We spent 10 days driving around Italy and stayed in several hotels. This was the only where I was not happy with the hotel policy and the staff. We checked in late at night and asked for a quite room as we wanted to stay in bed until late. At no point the girl in the reception mentioned that the check out time was at 10am. The day after the same girl was still at the reception. We said good morning to her while passing by the reception and going for breakfast. We acknowledged her again when we were going back to our room. She didnt said a word about the check out time. She called us at 10:10 to inform us that we overstayed and we will be charge 10 Euro. This was quite upsetting. It was not about the money but the lack of information. It seemed to have being done on purpose. She had plenty of occasions to inform us about this policy but preferred not to do it. We found this dishonest from their part

Staff very friendly. Great buffet breakfast and good food in restaurant attached - Locals liked it so must be good. Spa has hot bubble pool, steam room and Sauna to use. As it was winter so the roof pool was closed. Great value for price. It is a new build so if your after lots of character look elsewhere.

My partner and I used this hotel as it's close to my parents house. Great service, I needed extra pillows and they were delivered quick and when we tried to book massages the staff went out of their way to arrange it for us! Only little on the negative side, the duvet is a very thin thing from ikea that was left in the wardrobe without his cover and it took 2 days until they got it that we wanted it in the bed as it's December and it's cold! Also a thicker one would have helped!!

Very nice, modern hotel. Beautifully decorated throughout. Excellent for an overnight stay but impossible to find without a GPS as hotel not signed until you are almost there! Is on wrong side of town if you are using the Autostrada.

One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel over others was because it had a pool. On arrival we were told it was closed due to the weather being bad. It was 24 degrees! It remained closed for the 4 days we stayed. Really disappointing for my 6 year old.

The rooms were a great bargain. The location almost requires a car. Overall, I was very impressed. I made a special request for the type of bed and did not get my request. When I complained, the staff quickly fixed the problem. There was a strange vacuum type sound coming out of the wall, off and on all night.
