Hotels.com send me an emai from Expedia to contact the hotel. The didn see a payment details despite it was pay at the property and credit card accepted correctly upon the reservation. I have sent a message to the hotel with no response for 3 days. I contacted Hotels.com supprt and they told that everything is ok. Upon the arrival the didn't find the reservation. I had to wait standing in fron of the desk for 1 hour talking ti them and to support. I offered to give me a room and i will pay and then they will arrange everything by themselves but noone heared eland made me waiting for an hour!. In the roo. The temperature was 16 degrees. AC worked only to cool it wss freezing. After half an hour of my call noone came. Only after that i came to reception the sent a technical but refused to change the room. It took 2 hour to achieve a comfort temperature, so me and the child were in the coats with no option tilo change and to have a shower. After 2 days the situation was the opposite 32 degrees in the room, AC work only to hot. In general, the location is good, food good, hotel clean, but old and renovated

just disappointment followed by more disappointment. At check in they tried to switch the reserved room for a lower tier and offer me the reserved room for an additional cost. The room itself was outdated, but if clean would have been fine. Unfortunately it was pretty dirty and clear that the staff did very little outside of making the bed. Our daily housekeeping did no more, we had to provide images of dirty used mugs to the front desk to prove this and then, they only addressed that one concern while the bathroom was still dirty. The lobby is a cloud of cigarette smoke as you enter. The attached casino has no barrier and all the smoke just vents to the lobby and seeps into the rooms. Then there is the service. Most things we had to ask twice for and get an attitude whenever requesting something. Having this list d as a ‘5 star’ hotel is a joke. I’m not sure what certification signs off on hotel star ratings, but clearly this was awarded due to some type of corruption. At best, this could receive ‘3 star’ rating in USA, but perhaps the standards are much lower here? I will add some images of the moldy ceilings that have been there for a while, which the smell is likely masked by the cigarette smoke, but the health impacts are certainly not. For my sanity I did a walkthrough of the Meridien next door, and was floored by how much nicer, cleaner and better it was. Do yourself a favor and stay there or the Sheraton instead. No matter the price, I would not stay in this

It started a bit bad but turn to one of our finest vacation. Great location near to most attractions and places in the city. Great rooms . Have to extoll the reception manger that tried the best to make our stay better and enjoyable.

This was an awesome stay. The staff was friendly, prompt, and very detail oriented. The property itself was also fantastic and at a great location. I absolutely would come back and highly recommend it.

The room is not very clean, room service food is limited and no good options.. House keeping service is not good, when they clean the room they take the used cups and towels and do not provide clean ones, we asked them to put clean cups and towels but they didn’t.. they do not provide complementary coffee and tea after we used the ones in the room although we stayed for 4 days.. not all the staff can speak and understand English which is very disappointing for a 5-stars hotel.. I think this hotel should be 3.5-4 stars but definitely not 5 stars hotel

First of all, I should start with the reception - the first point of contact and impresison - also it can be said mirror of the hotel. Mr NUKRI welcomed us from reception since we arrived for check-in. He was extremely kind, caring and helpful. You can contact easily with him very very clearly in English or Turkish (may be in another also I don't know:) I stayed in 3 hotels in Batumi. This is the number one when we think the facilities. Indoor and Outdoor swimming pools were clean and size was enough. Internet, room cleaning, and complimentary tea / coffee / water setup was ideal. Room size is ok for double but not enough for extra bed. Room design from changing room to bathroom was nice. Thanks for Mr Nukri and Radisson Hotels.

Staff was more rude, wifi did not work well, construction and loud music on roof top bar lasted until 2 or 3am keeping you awake. Gym the close early and will turn off the lights with you in it. They are rude when you ask them to open the gym in the morning.

the good:+ location+ very friendly staff (except the rooftop restaurant, which was not so pleasant) bad:+ the card for the lift + room keeps failing! changed it at least 5 times in 2 days stay+ the rooms are allocated so that there are no windows, no balconies (even in the suite), and the AC did not work properly (at least in our room - i set in on 16 to give out a temperature of 23 degrees). + no privacy, at least in our room, which was the suite. in the picture they show you a bed with a window on its side, when actually we got window in front of our bad, the thing is - its a huge window, and in front of us there is a huge building blocking the view, like an eye sore. and since the whole building is in front of the hotel, all the rooms on that side will have the same experience (the only room that was on the different side, and also i am guessing looked like in the pictures they put on the websites, are the ones that face the south part of the hotel, for example room 1706,1606 ... ) + the pool is small, but nice . the spa facilities are lacking (a small sauna for up to 2 people, that had barely 70 degrees, and a steam sauna that barely had steam)+ the shower, in our room at least, had a funny smell. of sewage - not a fun experience. *generally, it seemed like the hotel needs renovation, it had a dirty look to it, even though it wasn't really dirty.

Roof top restaurant closed for renovation. Some construction nearby. Sea view isn't really sea view as there is a huge building in front of hotel so u rather look at it but not sea. Location is though good with walkable distance to all the top touristic points.

Excellent hotel, in a good location. We booked a deluxe room overlooking the sea, which was huge and comfortable. At reception the service was efficient and friendly. Also breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. The Spa was also great. Maintenance could be better, there was an issue with a malfunction of the toilet, and one day we had to ask for towels and bathrobes 3 times and only got it the next morning. Perhaps due to the reopening after the covid period

This is not really a 5 star hotel compared to a 5 star in western Europe or north America. The front desk service is pretty poor; they seemed confused about their own procedures for requiring a deposit or not. The breakfast was good and the room was nice. The facilities such as the pool and spa were also good. They don't actually have two restaurants. They have one menu and kitchen and just bring the food to different seating areas.
