Will stay here again if I come back for vacation in the same area. Really peaceful place with amazing view from the balcony. Breakfast was also really good.

Our room was clean. Bed was clean and comfortable. Close enough to the highway. Several things needed fixing or updating. Bathroom fan, light and floor needs updating. The bedroom area was pretty good.

Hotel is in disrepair. Husband had to fix the toilet. Spiders in bath tub. Dirty, soiled carpet. Check in while not impolite was not friendly either.

bathroom floor was not very clean. Also there was signs of black mold. The bathroom heater was rusty. The plug in the sink did not hold any water. The bed was comfortable but creaked badly. On the good side the rest of the room was clean and well equipped. The continental breakfast was very good. Overall it was good value for money but needs some TLC.

I personally thought it was quite good. I stayed in 4 motels/B&B's this week, and this was the best one. Why? Well, it had a tv, fridge, office chair and desk, microwave, a quiet and very good air conditioning unit and it was sufficiently lit. I mean, let's be honest, it was all pretty basic, but the basics were done well. A hot breakfast would have been nice, but you can't have everything right?

Staff were great, and seems like a spot for a work crews and such. Couldn't recommend to anyone besides that. Room was dated, but overall clean. Mattresses were older spring style, but not terrible. Older carpet floors felt gross and could use a good cleaning, we didn't take our shoes off. Definitely provides a service to a certain segment and does a good job at it. Just not the best spot for families or kids and such, lots of people hanging around outside their rooms, not being loud or disruptive, but we could certainly tell there was alot happening and people constantly sitting at chairs smoking outside their rooms Everyone was friendly and didn't have any issues. Just not really for us. ***Says pet friendly, but didn't want cats

The rooms are quiet and clean. The staff is very nice and the little breakfast in the morning is good. The coffee is not good, but the muffins, bread, different cereals and bagels were very good.

Noisy washroom fan disturbed sleep because light and fan are on same switch. Washroom sink area was open to rest of room making it difficult to have a good sleep when one of other had to go to bathroom or take medication. Light from sink area was bright, lighting up the room. Not enough towels. Not enough hangers for clothes. All else was good.

Conveniently located with nice view of the lake but conditions overall are poor, mold in the bathroom, holes in walls, dirt, dust and hair on the floor, strange smell from the sink, bedsheets looked used. The whole place looks like it is undergoing some renovations which is ok but this is no reason for not cleaning rooms properly. Light breakfast was included, morning coffee was actually very good. Don’t think we will stay there again because of the conditions, too bad because location is very nice.

Beware… Was given a room and there was a bit of black mould growing. Ask for a refund And was told that there was no other rooms available. The man Gave me a Jacuzzi suite, but I was not allowed to use the Jacuzzi so whatever. I did not use.. The room was somewhat clean, but in the washroom there were bugs splattered on the ceiling and on the wall, but we’re not cleaned up. There was an inch big spider in the bathtub that I found. I am highly allergic to mould and needed needed to have the window open and the air conditioner on all night. Even though they remodelled somewhat, I could feel the mould in my sinuses and in my breathing with no place to go, so I put up with it. Of course, I would not get a refund if I complain. I do believe with their renovations they are just covering up the old black mould throughout hotel. Specially, since they have a flat roof . Flat roof leak with the snow and the rain that we get. So beware you and I will never go there again.

There were no outdoor designed spaces. For example, if you wanted to sit outside your room you could but there wasn't any green space for guests, only a dirty patio chair on the concrete.

Overall ok, but not good. The condition of the room and especially the bathroom was unpleasant. The furniture was very worn. The two night stay was ok, but we would not recommend it for longer stays.

The room was super clean and comfortable. It is pet friendly which is great however, not everyone cleans up after their pets outside and that part sucks. Overall a great experience and we will be returning on our next trip through Huntsville.
