The hotel and staff were amazing , however the pool area was very disappointing- pigeon poo all around the pool and pigeons drinking the water from the pool and flying around. Couldn’t relax by the pool for fear of being pooped on and certainly wouldn’t swim in the pool for fear of what disease you would pick up.

Pick-up from airport, 35 Km to Hotel took nearly 2 hrs. That sums it all up. Hotel and staff very attentive. Room was very nice. Overall nice short stay 3Nights.

Beautiful hotel, the front door staff was courteous, friendly and polite. The biggest problem was with the dining room staff, the dining staff needs a lot of improvements. We were seated at a table got up to go get our foods and when we came back our table was given to someone else. We would order coffee and was told that it would be brought to us and no one would bring it. This happened multiple times, same with the milk, utensils because table wasn’t set up properly.

The pillows were dead in my room, there was a Sikh guy at front desk, I asked to connect to Wifi because I was not able to figure out, he stared at me with a serious look as if I am complaining about their wifi. Other staff is great but some of the front desk staff and senior staff are extremely cocky.

Ok to stay, definitely not quite a five-star hotel. Super out of the way from the city. Several of the wall outlets in my room (rm 1108??) did not work. I ended up only being able to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet. I ran out of cash on my last day, the tip culture is quite aggressive, I sadly wasn’t able to tip the door man on my way out to the Uber to airport and I felt he was giving me the worst dirty look. Breakfast was great, would recommend.

Very good hotel, staff very attentive. Buffet breakfast had a good choice of various foods and drinks. The only downside is the location - it is in the north west of Delhi and most of the monuments are in south east. If travelling by car, you need to allow plenty of time due to the Delhi traffic.

Mr. Bodhraj's professionalism and attention to detail were evident as he efficiently checked us in and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. He displayed an impressive level of knowledge about the hotel's amenities and local attractions, which greatly enhanced our experience. One particular instance that stood out was when we expressed our desire to visit the Taj Mahal. Property inside is excellent, however the surroundings need to be cleaned up TV selection of channels very poor. Though it has SMART TVs, the remote did not allow access to view YouTUBE Hotel using TOO much plastic bottles, a real environmental issue The bathroom lights need to be improved th prevent shadows when shaving

Nice hotel about half an hour from the airport. We stayed overnight before flying back home. Check-in was seem less and the room was excellent. There are many western eateries nearby including McDonald's, KFC, Burger King and Pizza Hut.

Lost electrical power to our room on entry. This was repaired but failed again the next morning. Lost time in repacking to another room. Bar charges are high end prices, so be careful before ordering. Cheaper to by a full bottle of a good whisky from shops than buy from the bar.

Hopeless- can’t do currency exchange, book train tickets, pool closed clearly for ever and don’t come to fix tv when asked. Food however and restaurant excellent.
