Great location, easy walk to anywhere in Tulum. It felt much more local than staying in a big hotel. I liked all the plants and rooftop area. Room was small with two single beds rather then two doubles. I enjoyed the stay

I liked the attention of personnel, I dislike the irresponsibility when the power went off and we were with no water, no electricity no air conditioner!!!

Wonderful little hotel in the middle of everything! Everything was walkable and they had bicycle rentals that we took to get to the beach in 15 to 20 min. I loved it and looking forward to come back.

Really loved Graciella & Carles .. they were on the drsl all the time & really patient & helpful with all questions & good English, The rooftop breakfast was also delicious & there is lots of sustainable details like no packaging & water refill. Thanks for a great few nights …

I loved the service provided. Gabriella was very helpful in every aspect. From bike rentals, to taxi and car rental services brought directly to the hotel. You just need to ask and she’ll do her best to accommodate. Would most definitely return.

Overpriced. Found a much nicer hotel nearby for $20 cheaper a night. It was so noisy all night with bands in the area playing until 2 am - we got no sleep.The shower was horrible. The management not accommodating. Gave a weeks notice to cancel reservations as we wanted to go back a different way and they refused. Would not go back

I had an excellent stay at Kin Ha Pueblo. The room was very comfortable, but I would have enjoyed the use of a chair so I would sit and do my work- (I had to sit in bed to do it). That is my only complaint. Everything else was just lovely- my room was decorated in a charming way with Mexican textiles. Housekeeping was very attentive- they cleaned when I asked, and gave me privacy when needed. The best part of the hotel is the staff. They could not do enough to make my stay any more comfortable. Affordable laundry service is offered, and the front desk staff was amazing. They were so friendly and helpful in every way. The location of the hotel is very central and convenient. It is a perfect place to enjoy a visit to Tulum and not overspend. I recommend Kin Ha Pueblo highly.

Small quaint hotel with chill vibes. Only one block off the 3 block long strip of bars that are open later than the rest of town. Very quiet and they rent bicycles on property, which saves you having to pick up and drop off your rentals. Definitely staying there again! I can see going with a small group and having a great time in the common area.

Ok place, kinda pricey at 90$ with No AC and not much privacy. You can se into the lower rooms from the upper and can hear a fart in the next room. Staff was nice and bikes to rent was also good

The hotel was quite neat and clean, very quirky and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated 2 blocks from the Main Street so is very convenient. I have read some other peoples reviews and feel people are quite harsh as this hotel is in Mexico and not in downtown New York. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Had a great stay. Beautiful and unique hotel in a great location. We felt the overall value of the stay was superb. Very clean and basic. Functional wi-fi and bathroom / shower. Loved the decorations. The rooms are basically attached to the main courtyard area, separated by a screen, so it gets pretty hot, even at night. But youre in Tulum, whatd you expect. They do have a fan to help create a breeze, but it still gets hot. Just something to be aware of. Is this is going to be an issue, pay more to stay somewhere with dedicated AC. We got used to it after the first night and it wasnt really a problem. Again, youre in Tulum, what do you expect? Overall, great place and we had a great stay! Would definitely book again.

The place looks nuce, area is wonderful, two blocks away from the main street.Just nake sure you have air conditioning in your room cause if not they will charge you extra

I had a great experience staying at Hotel Kin Ha Pueblo. It provided simple accommodation that was clean, quiet and centrally located in the heart of Tulum. Reception was welcoming and friendly, the bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked well when I needed it. I would stay there again.

Run by Italians, this nice little hotel is perfect for a fun stay in Tulum! Zen inn its simplicity but very comfy and quite clean. Staff is helpful and full of good ideas about where to escape the crowds. Their beach side hotel seems to be shut down right now. I had hoped to be able to hang out there but Sarah at the front desk turned me onto an equally nice beach club to hang out at. The location of the hotel is on a quiet little side street, just 2 blocks from the center of all of the action in Tulum town.

It was a quick drive to the beach, everyone was so nice. The rooms were clean, the shower was huge and the hotel just felt like a jungle escape. We loved it.

Hotel was nice, very basic but at least clean room & bathroom. Only 1 person speaks English whos only there 8 hours a day! In my booking, it mentioned breakfast included (European Plan) but in reality, no breakfast was offered at all, we tried to ask twice but there was no food offered anywhere!
