Amazing place! With a nice garden and gorgeous view. The city centre is walking distance away along with other attractions. I would highly recommend this place for a stay.

The location and staff were amazing. The only issue we had was the sewer smell from the bathroom.

Extremely charming place, and very friendly staff. All rooms are different and most have lovely views over Cusco. Location in upper part of town, but anything within short walking distance. Very clean. We spent 4 days there and could have spent even more...

The house has a nice position, ten minutes walk from the plaza de armas. We had a three bed room on the ground floor with small windows and no view, but the room was warm. That is important during the winter in Cusco. There is always the possibility to have warm water to prepare tea or mate de coca.

City view room is excellent and it only cost US$105.

We stayed at TIka Wasi for a few days prior to our trek to MP, and it was the perfect spot. Quiet and cozy, great service, and awesome location - San Blas has everything you need but still an easy walk to the heart of Cuzco. The grounds are beautiful and impeccably kept with care, and the rooms are clean and eclectic. Leaving our extra luggage when we trekked was simple, safe, and free. We would definately stay here again!

Very cute, quiet, and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and grounds were beautiful. San Blas was a great spot with eateries within a block and just a 5 min walk to tons of options. Great place to stay if you’re trekking out to MP; they’ll hold extra luggage at no cost while you’re away. Breakfast has great coffee and fruit, etc.

This was a great choice for our family of 3. We shared one large room with 3 beds; it was quite spacious and included a sitting area. We enjoyed the fact that the TV included American news and a few other shows in English since we are not proficient in Spanish. The breakfast was suffice with scrambled eggs, fresh fruits and breads. There was tea and coffee available all day as well as coca leaves to ease the altitude sickness. The hotel is located high on top of a steep hill. We enjoyed the work out but guests may want to keep in mind that many tour vans and buses will not pick you up, so this requires a walk of several blocks up or down. The good news is that it is located in San Blas , a charming area with cobblestone streets, numerous folk art stores and lots of small restaurants. All and all, a good hotel at a fair price for Cusco.

Our stay was good overall. The staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is an uphill walk from the Plaza de Armas. The high altitude makes it very tiring if you're a little older and out of shape. The last night we stayed there a thunderstorm knocked out the electricity in half of the hotel, our half,
around 6 pm. We went out for a while and came back. Still no power. I went to the desk to ask. They gave me a couple of candles. Since there was no power, there was no water either. No toilet and no shower. By morning, still no power. They eventually gave us a room in the part of the hotel that did have power so we could take showers, etc.
Other than that, we had a good experience at the tika wasi.

Charming hotel with a beautiful garden area. Located in the winding streets of San Blas district only 10 to 15 minutes walk downhill to the main square, but it is a very steep and long walk back up - don't even try it. However, taxis are inexpensive and very easy to get. Larger taxis can't get up the narrow streets to this location so make sure they know ahead of time where the hotel is located.

I arrived fairly late (about it 23:00) exhausted from a full day at Machu Picchu only to discover the hotel had no record of my reservation even though I had a confirmation number from my Hotels.com booking. Thankfully they had a room left or I would have been scrambling to find an alternative

We spent three nights a the Tika Wasi Casa Boutique while we were making the Salkantay trek to Machu Picchu. The hotel staff were extremely helpful with local restaurants, storing our luggage and being there for whatever need we had. The rooms were clean and the hotel is in a quiet part of the city. The courtyard below our room is a tranquil place to spend some time relaxing. The breakfasts in the mornings were just right for what we like to eat.

Amazing low-key B&B at the hill top of Cusco. We initially stayed here for two nights. And, again re-booked the same hotel for another two nights because we liked it so much. Eric at front desk is polite and helpful. Coffee is super strong! You can walk down to main square in 10 minutes. And, there are lots of restaurant nearby.

Very helpful and accommodating staff making sure we are well taken care of. Upon our return from trekking Machu Picchu, we stayed in an upgraded room which is a bit bigger than the standard room with the great view of the city and Plaza de Armas and distant mountain.
