Don't go there, it's a scam.
I ended up having to book another hotel because everything was closed when I arrived. I asked Expedia to be reimbursed and they claim that the hotel isn't replying.
N'y allez surtout pas, quand je suis arrivé tout était fermé. J'ai depuis demandé à être remboursé, mais l'hôtel décline toute responsabilité. La pire expérience de reservation possible.

This might have been a glitch between the owners and Expedia, but when we arrived, after a long day of traveling, they said the booking had been cancelled. We had a confirmation form from Expedia saying there was no need to confirm with the hotel, booking was confirmed. They managed to put us 4 adults in one room using two tiny mattresses on the floor. It was Nee Year’s Eve and impossible to find another hotel, plus Expedia was supposedly paid in full

We stayed one night after missing our flight out. The place is ok if you're really on a budget. Location far from the center of gosier n st anne, absolutely need a car. There was a water shortage in the morning and electricity 😩. Rooms have no charm! Positive there is a nice pool and garden.

This is a small B&B style Hotel, beautiful grounds and pool with many birds, ocean view and beach access with a walk. The breakfast is nice and served by owner.

The owner was very unhelpful, and we felt as if we were intruding by staying at the hotel which is really just a large house with many rooms that she rents out. We felt that because we were not French, that she really wanted nothing to do with us. I asked her about things to do in the area, and she gave me a brief no and walked away from me. There is absolutely NOTHING around other than a small beach with a restaurant that closes VERY early, so if staying here, a car is very necessary. When I booked the room, I opted to pay upon arrival rather than in advance. The owner charged me 3 days before we even arrived, which was rather inconvenient.

Stayed five night and enjoyed myself. Beach is a five minute hike down a steep hill so be prepared. Best is to ride to St. Anne and use the beautiful sandy beaches there. Crowded but still a lot of fun and very safe for children. Very clean beach. The Guadeloupians pick up after themselves and are very proud of their beaches. A rental car is a must to get around if you expect to see much of Guadeloupe.

This place like it seems all hotels in Carribeans are not geared for business people. This place is just OK for leisure/vacation. There is no Wi-Fi/internet in the rooms, only available by the pool. The TV screen is the same size as a laptop screen with 8 channels. Shower in the bathroom is wide open (no walls-be careful where you aim that water nosle). No phones in the rooms. And it is very difficult to find it (roads are very steep, so you'll heat up the clutch for sure)!

I am a frequent visitor to Guadeloupe... My stay was not that bad.

Our ocean view room was more like an ocean glimpse, but I would still pay the extra over the standard room. Hostess is very nice, speaks english, and works hard keeping the property clean, etc., but she can be hard to locate with out a phone. Breakfast was good but limited. Property was quiet. The main issue is location, it is not really close to any of what we came to feel were the main sites on Grand Terre, we even drove to the local beach.

Very nice area with just walking distance to the beach. No remote control for small AC unit, it was taking forever to cool down a room so we were leaving it on when going out hoping to have a nice temperature when will be back but.. somebody was turning it off every day. Breakfast was nice tasty coffee in a charming veranda but only bread and jelly and some fruits. Most inconvenient was having this room without door between bedroom and toilet / bathroom ;(

First you must have a car. Parking was available with out charges. The beach was within walking distance but we used the car. It is a beautiful Hotel in a good location. The Hotel would benifit from a revamp but every thing works and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was sufficent. The hotel is to be recommened for its price, and it is very clean! with a nice atmosphere, sea views, a lovely garden and free Internet.

we really, really liked this hotel - the setting was lovely, the terrace was inviting, excellent breakfast. the only caveat is the difficulty we had on arrival. we had read other reviews saying they arrived and couldn't get in, so my partner called in advance to make sure we weren't locked out. however.... when we (finally) found the hotel at 21.30, there were no lights on, no bell to ring, no way to get in! we had a mobile with no signal and were pretty tired after a long flight. in the end my partner scaled the wall and found the manager - certainly a unique experience in checking into a hotel. since this issue has been raised before, I am surprised that there is not a bell or intercom on the outside wall. once we were finally in, however, we found every thing about the hotel very pleasant.
If I were a cynic I might think that since we had prepaid, it didn't really matter to the owners whether we were able to get in or not.

Large 3-story home with adjacent cabana used for breakfast area next to pool, in a quiet residential neighborhood a couple blocks from beach. I arrived very late and someone promptly showed me to my room. I had the large bedroom on top floor with balcony looking south over the Caribbean Sea. Small TV and weak wireless Internet signal. Owner was very gracious and bilingual.

The hotel is clean and welcoming. The owners are nice. The room was spacious and nicely furnished but was on the ground floor and had no window. It was quite dark inside. There are other rooms on upper floors that had windows so you may want to ask for one of these! The breakfast was overall good and included in the price - bread, croissant, jam, fruits, juice, tea/coffee. I would recommend the hotel for families with kids and not for people who want to stay late in bed. The hotel is lively and sometimes noisy as from early morning (7.30am - starting time for breakfast). The beach Petit Havre is 5 min walking distance from the hotel which is in a residential area. If you dont want to be in the busy part of the island (Ste Anne and St Francois) and just enjoy quiet beach then its fine. Otherwise you need a car.

The hotel is out of city and it´s necessary with pre-booked car to stay there. Nice garden and close to a small beach. No restaurants or supermarkets in the surounding area, car needed.
