Fantastic stay. My 2 children loved the pool table and darts in the evening on return. Billy was an excellent host, always helping out whenever he could. Breakfast was lovely too.

Owners were friendly, the rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. The breakfast was lovely and the bar area was great. Fantastic service all around. Booked again for October. Well worth a visit.

Great place to stay moments from the pleasure beach and the sandcastle water park. Breakfast was great and the owners were more than helpful with anything we asked for. Parking was available and allowed us to drop and go pretty much. Can’t recommend enough Thanks for a great stay

The owners at Withnell we’re lovely, very welcoming and nothing was to much trouble! The breakfast was great and the bed was so comfortable, me and my partner had a really good nights sleep! The Withnell Hotel is also a 2 minute walk from many attractions e.g Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Waterpark! Would definitely stay at Withnell Hotel again :)

Location of the hotel is fantastic.Just round the corner from the pleasure beach, south pier and weatherspoons.All in all, the hotel room was quite basic, but clean.

Only stayed the one night, after a day of walking miles through the lights I was really happy to get into a really clean and comfortable bed. overall excellent service except parking was a bit crammed but the owner was more than helpful, would highly recommend a stay here, would stay again but park else where, ☺

Our stay at this location was convenient, very clean and well kept. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and serve a fantastic Irish Breakfast. Blackpool was one of our favorite stops along our trip and would definitely return there.

The hotel is close to the beach and is just a minute from Blackpool pleasure beach resort. The owners were vey kind and helpful. Delicious breakfast and very clean rooms. I enjoyed my stay and will defo be staying there each time I go to Blackpool.

Excellent base for a trip to Blackpool, very close to beach and all attractions, but just far enough away so not to make it too noisy. Service excellent with a tasty breakfast which set you up for the day and attentive service from proprietors. Room and ensuite were spotlessly clean with ample space and bed very comfortable. All in all I am very happy with my stay in the Withnell Hotel. :-)

Booked as seemed good value whilst lose to attractions including the pleasure beach and the water park - was rather suprised how close when I got there but noise didn't seem to carry to to the hotel or be a major issue. Also an easy walk from Blackpool south Station. Room, single bed single person, was cosy but comfortable. Wifi (BT Openzone) rather shaky (worked one day, not the next), but at this price hard to complain. Didn't use the hotel bar but seemed well stocked. Service seemed very personable. Only minor quibble was was a little more detail perhaps needed on cleaning - noticed a hair on the shower wall, but couldnt notice any other major issues. Good for the price though.

The owner was very friendly and welcoming.The hotel was very clean and the full english breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and refreshments.Fully recommend this hotel and would definately stay there again.

Had a great stay at the hotel felt very welcome. Location was right next to pleasure beach. Beds were a decent size. Parking was allocated and sorted out by staff. We all enjoyed ourselves. Hotel is good for a weekend break & would reccomend to anyone looking for a small basic hotel in blackpool :)
