This hotel is so considerate, it has everything you can think of if you are traveling with toddlers: diapers, wipes, strollers, bibs, toiletries, toys and more! The breakfast buffet is nice, has plenty options for vegetarian and the public bath is awesome! My kids love it :)

Great hotel. Very well organized from checking in to spacious room, daily change of towels and free mineral water. Breakfast spread was good and enjoyable. Will definitely come back.

Located right in front of the Sunset beach walk area and within the Depot Island. Great to enjoy the beach and the walk along the beach. A lot of restaurants nearby and convenience store right below the hotel.

The property was nice looking and in a very good area but the staff was unhelpful and not friendly. They were rude and were laughing when my boyfriend and i made any type of request. Any time we asked for extra towels they were not brought. They also charged us 800 yen for a lost room key. I was very surprised because anywhere else we have stayed in Japan the staff was outstanding and the people we have met here have been so friendly. Very disappointed with this stay and we will not be returning.

Nice hotel, in busy area so easy to visit bars restaurants and shopping in a really short walk. Hotel nice, however charge to use outside roof pool, the inside hot baths nice and they are free to use. Access to beach from hotel was shut. The area was very western and touristy didn’t feel very Japanese.

Booked a room for 3 in Annex building. 1. Beds are more than enough for 2 adults and 2 kids 2. Excellent sea view, the sea has no distance from your balcony 3. Fast check-in and check-out 4. Max 2 children under 18 per room are free to stay, no worry for booking room for incorrect number of guests 5. Must try the breakfast buffet, not traditional Japanese breakfast but Ryukyu style breakfast 6. Good location, Okinawa is composed with Japanese and American culture where American Village is the best place to experience it. Sunset beach is 3 min walking from hotel. 7. A lot of parking lots, if you still can't find a lot for your car, park in any parking lots in American Village, free of charge

The only reason this hotel didn’t get 5 stars was that you have to pay per day to use the rooftop pool. This wasn’t a huge deal as there is a nice, big, calm beach about 30 seconds away. Other than pay for pool, this is a 5 star hotel.

The view is perfect and the location is very good to go shopping or even just walk around the village! very relaxing and the breakfast is the best in Okinawa because there are lots of local cuisines that we can try at the same time! Blue seal ice-cream is also included! Must come back to stay in the future!

We love the free and sheltered parking! Having a Lawson (convenience store) at the doorstep was brilliant, and so was the daily reception drinks and amenity kits available. It was an absolute bummer however to find out that the hotel charges a fee for the rooftop pool.
