Staff at front desk are not really 24/7 available but very attentive when they are there. Air conditioning takes a while to kick in. Hotel location is excellent.

The staff were super friendly, helpful and wonderful to talk to. The hotel is on the east side of the island, thus the Sunset hotel. Within walking distance of seeing the most beautiful sunset you will ever see. Beautiful pool. Lovely continental style breakfast. Overall, very charming.

The entire staff was really nice. The breakfast was pretty good. Upon check-in, Alexander gave us some great recommendations. We were close to everything that we wanted to do.

Sunrise hotel is located in the town of thira. It's conveniently located to the Ktel bus station, shops and restaurants. We were pleased with all members of staff here, especially to Alexandros who was able to help each time we needed assistance. This is a family run hotel and everything here is organised. It has a very nice swimming pool and decor is very new. This would be a choice for me to stay on my next visit. Thank you Alexandros, Socrates and the owners. We hope to see you soon.

We only stayed one night but couldn't have asked for a better welcome. All the staff were very friendly, and helpful. Everywhere was immaculate. Lovely breakfast provided as well as use of the pool. Perfectly located for the bus station too. Highly recommended

The only problem I had with with this hotel is with their shower. They need to redesign the bathrooms. The shower is too small and the toilet is close to the shower, the sink is way too far from the toilet.

They kept telling us not to get the towels dirty, when your provide white towels, towels will get dirty. It's their responsibility to wash them properly. Below average place, location is good.

Alex at the front desk was amazing!! He went above and beyond to help with anything you needed. Everyone at Sunrise hotel worked exceptionally hard to make our stay enjoyable. Pool was lovely, rooms a bit dated. Hotel was in a good spot, however, road noise infront of hotel could be bothersome to some

The property itself was nice and breakfast was great as well. Alex was helpful and nice and explained everything to us throughout our stay. The rooms however we didnt like. The first day it smelled like heavy clorox like it was hard to breath and the room itself was dark and did not have any windows that brought light in. Also during breakfast some of the staff would stand in the middle and watch what you eat which was not nice. Other than that the hotel was close to the bus station which was great and the breakfast was good

Amazing family owned establishment, nice group of people especially Kristina who was welcoming and always had a smile on her face while helping you out. Socrates was the night attendant who spoke little English, would go out of his way to help you out and make things happen at night. Definitely come back and recommend it.

Santorini is everything you could want in an island paradise. There are tow sides to the island and I highly suggest Fira versus Oia. Oia is extremely touristy and heavy congested with car and pedestrian traffic. The hotel itself was just off one of the main roadways so I recommend asking for a room in the back of the hotel. The pool was amazing and quiet. The free breakfast was also very nice. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable.

The hotel is next to the bus station to go to Oia and all the villages/beach. It’s not far from restaurants and shops. It has a pool to cool off after a hot day visiting Santorini. The breakfast is ok, bread, ham, cheese, cereals, milk, yogurt, etc... we stayed 3 nights and they never cleaned our room.

The place is 1 block from the central bus station in Fira, perfec to walk or travel by bus to Oia, the beaches and the airport. The hotel is on the main street, so it is a little bit noisy, but it was very good, anyways.

The hotel had a very nice pool area and the rooms were clean. Alex, the host, was extraordinarily friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would have wished for a few more options for breakfast, but since it was included and you could get coffee during day it was fine. We definitely recommend staying at sunrise hotel!

Due to the pandemic we could not travel to Greece from the US. Hotel refused Expedia's request to cancel the reservation without penalty. I directly emailed the hotel twice to request rescheduling for one year in advance. I received no replies

The staff made us feel welcomed and were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and plentiful with attentive staff. The hotel was a lovely example of a traditional accommodation you would expect of Santorini situated just minutes from the heart of Fira.

The hotel itself is located near the bus terminal in Fira . I loved the hotels location where it was very convenient for us to catch the bus . The staff was very friendly .The room itself was very clean and roomy . We had a balcony room which was located in the rear of the building .We werent able to hear any street noice which I loved . We had an awesome breakfast . I would definitely stay again at the hotel !

Staff and manager of the hotel was very rude. We requested for early checkin and they threatened us and started yelling at us. They dont know how to speak and how to treat a customer.
