I bought an electronic item with Amazon, had the UPS proof of delivery, and the staff insisted they did not receive the package. I asked them politely to search for the package again, and I felt mistreated and disrespected. As if I was lying, wrong, and they were right. I even filed a claim before UPS, and ultimately the hotel staff found the package. Notwithstanding, even though they were wrong all the time, they did not apologize, and still kept giving me "looks" throughout my stay. I will never come back.

First of all there was no statement on the hotel ad that Parking was 45.00 a night! Second next door was barking dogs that barked at every sound, Third the outside noise was terrible. I’m a sound sleeper abd I could not get to sleep. I will not stay there again. I’m not picky at all but there was nothing good about the stay but the wonderful valet!

I feel this hotel should offer free parking to guests. $45 a day wiuld have been a deal breaker if i would have thought to check.

the service was excellent, they allowed us to check-in a little early and when we had trouble w/our door latching, they moved us to a new room quickly

Expensive. But good. Hate paying for parking. But understand

Great stay! Loved we were able to bring both of our dogs and they had a small dog park where we could let them off their leash!

Really nice place to stay. The room was clean and spacious and had wonderful amenities such as built-in personal care products and a desk and a kitchen friendly staff. Great breakfast. Convenient 1 mile walk to all the activity on Broadway, but also nearby restaurants.

Location was pretty good, we walked about a mile to get to Bridgestone Arena and all the good bars. Breakfast was decent, not the best but edible. Loved the room, very homey and clean! Best part was the shower water pressure!

Location was perfect for seeing all the main attractions. Free breakfast had enough choice for the miles walked each day. Nice size room and blackout blinds and comfortable bed

One panel of the shower door fell off. Hotel staff member fixes it eight away.

Everyone who works here is so kind and friendly! Very welcoming place.

I was given a handicap room which was fine but the shower went all over the bathroom floor which would make it not good for someone handicapped. When i said room was not right they said they had nothing available.
Manager never reached out to see if they could do anything about it not a word.
Positive said breakfast workers real nice.

This is a great place. There is parking but you have to pay and it is expensive. We parked and used Lyft the whole time. The rooms are beautiful. They are like studio apartments with everything you would expect.

The property is centrally located closer to the main city center. It’s a quiet clean place.
Only wished the complimentary breakfast had some more vegetarian or vegan options and also if they changed it every few days.

Great service and not far from all the downtown activites and bars!

Always a Great stay!!!

Check-in was easy, the room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the toiletries. I had an issue with the lock on my door and maintenance arrived 5 minutes after i called the front desk and fixed it. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend self-park rather than valet to avoid wait time. Parking is high here, but it's high all over Nashville I'd stay again.

Parking is too expensive

The location was good for walking to near-by restaurants. We were not told about the mandatory $50 per day valet charge. There was no self park option. Probably wouldn't stay here again because of the parking fee.

Stay there for my points because I was gone all the days to watch my grandson play baseball

It was a gorgeous hotel. Very nice and clean. A half a mile from my son’s university. I would definitely recommend that hotel if you’re looking to go to Nashville and want to be close to Vanderbilt university or music row.

Checkin was initially very bad - ie computer down, etc. Once fixed (2 hours later), room was very good. Location to downtown sites is exceptional except parking is expensive.

Stayed here while moving our daughter into Vanderbilt. Room was large sized which helped given all the bags we traveled with for move in. Room was clean and had a big fridge and kitchenette area. Only thing was the blankets on the bed were pretty light and room for cold in the middle of the night. Other than that we had a great stay and will come back!

The $45 parking fee should be credited by the hotel. If they won’t, this needs to be known

Nice Place

First of all, there's two locations for home2 8 minutes apart. They use the same icon so you can't tell the difference. The location I intended to stay at was on the outskirt in a quiet area. Their other location is by the university, which is loud and a parking trap. They charge $50 overnight parking. There's no other alternative except the street, which is under construction. So there are very limited parking places. The refrigerator (not cold)and the fan in the bathroom, did not work. All of the linens are polyester, weird synthetic materials.
The loudness from the street and the view of my electric pole outside the window in room 514 was not the experience.I was looking for, especially after traveling in extreme heat. I've stayed in multiple home2 locations and this is probably the lease pleasure for the price.

Very comfortable bed and room. Wish the windows could open a little for fresh air.
Bathroom a little bit of a mess. There was always a dripping sound coming from above and sink drawers were coming off the wood.

We came here for a bachelorette/girls trip for 4 days. Things were ok at the beginning. Every time we came to valet the car, we had to go find people at the front desk. Also the self parking and valet parking are only $5 apart but very expensive. Self parking 45 valet 50. But lastly we found bed bugs in our room the night before we were set to depart. We woke up itching and boom. There they were. They were in all stages so they had to have been there for some time. So instead of waiting until daylight to leave we gathered our things and left. Also the front desk person was kind but the only thing she offered was a room switch. I’m about to spend the next few hours headed home itching and going to the laundromat to wash my clothes to ensure none of their critters came home with me. Locations was impeccable but not for the paranoia the bed bugs have caused

Very grateful to have been able to check in early. The staff Angelica was great. Breakfast was ok. I would stay at a Home2 Suites again.

Never stayed though I had a reservation. I called the hotel directly, spoke to a lady and told her my flight was cancelled and I would not be there. She said ok, I have cancelled and credited your stay. I booked another room in Charlotte with hotels.com immediately after the cancelation. Now hotels.com refuses to credit me and says the hotel home 2 suites refused to refund me. So I am never using hotels.com again after 20 years and hundreds of bookings. stupid for them but they could have made this right.

Staff was very helpful . Room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel room was phenomenal. Breakfast really good. Location was great. The hotel parking situations should have been more clearly detailed. Our two days of parking was rougly cost of 1 night in hotel. Not to mention valet parkers where never on task. Had to physically go find a valets more then once after waiting/requesting car on app.

Beware! Parking is $45 a night!!!!!! Did not learn about it until at the hotel

Check in took a bit and I was worried for a moment they didn’t have a room for me. The door was open when we arrived at the room but it did close and latch and we didn’t have any trouble during our stay. Overall it was a good stay. The bed was a little rough but the room was nice and complementary breakfast was adequate. Gym was a little small but everything worked and it had weights up to 50 and the basics including cables

we stayed three nights and they do not clean the room until the 4th night!!

we had a great time, was able to walk everywhere. the price was great. parking was bit expensive though but for peace of mind to have your car safe its worth it to pay valet
