Excellent in every way

Booked a twin room about 2 weeks in advance, checked in late due to travel delay, ended up was assigned a room for disabled in the basement level, toilet design was not ideal for non mobility-difficulty customers.
4.4
stayed before not as good this time

I booked two rooms for a stay. I found what looked like dirt or mold in my bathroom shower. Their customer service is also horrible. I had mistakenly booked three nights instead of two nights. Within 10 minutes of my booking, I realized my error and tried to cancel the first night of my booking, but they wouldn’t let me as they claimed it was nonrefundable. I ended up being charged for three nights even though I only stayed there for two nights. I was very disappointed in how they handled things.

For single not family small rooms, narrow floors and corridors, the hotel entrance is uncomfortable, there is no lobby, and the furniture and towels are old
4.4
Good location for Greenwich but the owners should spend their profits on a complete refurb of the hotel, rooms were tired and old fashioned.
4.4
Not exactly in the middle of anything as well as slightly dated, but the clean room and friendly staff made for a comfortable stay. Lighting in the room is insufficient, but shower was top notch.

Wonderful stay. Greeted at the reception by a genuinely, sincere receptionist. Thank you Sir for being so good at your job. In my opinion, post covid, rare to find such a good experience in hospitality & environment.

This is a lovely hotel (former police HQ). I always enjoy staying here. The rooms are fantastic, the beds very comfortable not to mention the enormous bathroom this time. Staff are incredible and so accommodating.
However the cooked breakfast did not do it for me. The bacon did not look appetising and the scrambled eggs had that MRE texture about them. There is plenty of food choice, however I fancied something hot for my day ahead. Did not feel it was worth the price I paid, sadly.

Great stay, blackout curtains and silent night sleep. Very impressive for money. Great night away from kids and lovely trip back on Uber boat from Greenwich maritime! Romantic stay.
4.4
Great hotel with excellent staff who are very attentive and pretty impressive food. Staff are incredibly helpful across the board and food quality is exceptional. Area is not the best but close to public transport. Overall very positive although hotel is rather stingy - only 2 bottles of water for a 1 week stay is pretty terrible.

Amazing

Had a good experience. Stayed 2 nights. Had to change my room, due to space and the staff acted swiftly to change my room to a more spacious room..

The best Hilton I've ever stayed at. Lovely rooms, professional and attentive staff, breakfast is excellent value (as expected) and there's private free parking which is a big bonus being in London. That being said the parking is limited, so make sure to pre-book!
I'll happily stay again if I come back to the area

The staff was very accommodating

Great view from our room. Staff was helpful, polite and efficient. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices: eggs, meats, vegetables, cereals, pancakes, fruit etc. Something for everyone. Plus it was refreshed regularly.
4.4
Lovely quiet hotel, comfortable bed. Vice maker in the room but would have loved done tea and milk. Other than that I can't fault it at all. Staff were superb.

Fabulous interior, decor is very nice.
Staff helpful friendly.
Every area clean and sparkly.
Good menu but expensive, food was well presented, tasty.

Enjoyed my stay at DoubleTree Hilton Greenwich. The room was nice and spacious, had a big TV and a good air con system. Breakfast was also nice here. Location meant there wasn’t a great deal of shopping close by (within 5 minutes walking) minus a Tesco express, but the area was nice and quiet. I would definitely come back.

Friendly staff at front desk
4.4
Was given a room with a tiny window at the top of the room and it smelt like smoke. Went back to desk to ask to have the room changed and it felt like the front desk expected this to happen…almost like they were trying that room out with anyone who might take it. They had an ok room to replace it with, but it was absolutely tiny…although the decor was nice.

A one night stay in a family room to watch a gig at the O2. Free EV charge was a bonus. Had a weird sliding opaque glass en suite door, which was a unique and bizarre feature, especially as it had no latch to keep it closed. That said a wonderful well presented hotel in a convenient location with limited secure on site parking at £20. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thought breakfast at £19 was steep with so many other options a short walk away on Greenwich high street.

The property was clean and the staff very friendly. Also very close to Greenwich town centre

Safe ,quiet and walkable

We stayed as exploring Greenwich. We didnt spend that much time at the hotel as out for most of the day. Stayed in a twin room which was a bit cramped but clean and had everything we needed. Shower good and beds comfortable. All the staff we met were friendly and very happy to help. We didnt have breakfast so can't comment, had a drink in bar which was the price you expect in a hotel but nice environment and accommodating staff.

Lovely polite staff, excellent modern and clean rooms and the food was great. Would definitely recommend

The staff was wonderful.

The room was fine albeit it quite tired. Marked walls, bad mildew around the taps etc. the windows were also filthy. but fine for one night. However, there was ridiculously loud maintenence work that woke me up at 8am& continued till I checked out. Trying to find reception you will be on hold for more than ten minutes! They told me they had no idea what the noise was, then called back and said oh we’re fixing the air conditioning. There was no mention of this when I checked in. I suggested a partial refund as I’d worked nights and couldn’t sleep in. They said no, after I tried twice. All they offered me was a room upgrade were I to return, which obviously I won’t. At £150 and with the noise I think it’s a rip off. The person on reception wasn’t much help at all, although Muhammed at check in was exemplary.

Great location and great breakfast.

Room was a little small but was fine. Nice staff.
4.4
Beautiful hotel, lovely service with a warm cookie provided upon arrival. Only improvement would be the lighting in the room, as the down lights weren’t central to the room so the lighting wasn’t the best. Other than that we had a brilliant stay, would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was very polite, friendly and hospitable. The room was on the top floor. The room had a nice view of the city far away. The room was neat, clean, quiet and above all spacious! The breakfast was great. It was easy to get to the hotel from Heathrow on the Elizabeth line. The setting was nice historic Grenwich. Everything was fine. I will definitely come again!

Your showers (at least in room 403) are horrid for anyone over six feet tall. I kept hitting my head on the rain shower head and the handheld, when in its bracket shot directly into my face. I would not stay there again because of this. This can be fixed by not renting that room to people over five feet, nine inches. My brother who is six feet, eight inches had no problem with his shower on the third floor.
4.4
Close to Canary Wharf and reasonable pricing
4.4
The accommodation was very smart and clean, polite staff slightly further out than thought 15 minutes walk to centre/curry sark worth extra 5 minutes walk for the nicer standard of hotel than offer large chains !!

Thank you Wasim

The room booked was for a single occupancy but I never thought that it would be a basement storage turned into a bedroom. There is no window and feeling is really claustophobic. From the early morning (on Sunday!) all sorts of noise from the surrounding could be heard. I never thought a prestigious hotel like Hilton would risk its reputation by offering some rooms like this. Sooner they realize, the better.

The shower layout leaves for a very wet bathroom floor after a shower
