Hotel is very convenient and very near to Terminal 21 shipping mall and Bangkok public transport BTS and MRT. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Swimmimg pool is rather small. Breakfast selection is good, love their crispy bacon. Room is clean and of descent size Hotel had very nice decoration during Halloween period

No air-conditioning in the lifts or hallways, rooms are hot stuffy and dirty, the couches were stained with food that we were able to clean off ourselves. Big cockroaches in the rooms and bathrooms, only one remote control. There is a big industrial fan noise at the front of the building that goes all night, making it impossible to sleep, so we have changed hotels. The view at breakfast was nice, however the selection at breakfast was minimal and not stocked often enough. Location is very central

Spent 1/3 per year travelling but Never stayed in a hotel that can clearly hear the next door's conversatio, especially at midnight woke up by the loud conversation voices. Can't sleep the whole night...Saw the review but thought of trying luck...Bad BAD decision.... good location, old hardwares, clean room.

The staff was the worst. No greeting when I walked past the front desk. The men in the doaman felt like they were staring at me. The level of customer service, especially from the front desk staff, was terrible. The staff member who cooked the eggs for breakfast also answered our questions with a tongue lashing. I will never go there again.

Air conditioning broke during stay and keypad kept dying and had to keep getting assistance to get in to my room.

No A/C in the room we had to move room middle in the night. We had therfore a room of lower standard than we booked. The desk staff said that we should be compensated via Expidia or hotels.com by cancelation of the fee for one night. We had prepaid the room and we have not heard anything about the compensation. If the compensation not work will we never come back to this hotel or use hotels.com again. Our worst hotel experience ever and we paid for something that not was delivered.

Everything about the Continent was decent/good except for their lift. Horrible being stuck in it on 4 times during a 5 day stay. It keep going to the 38th floor when it refused any button commands and only "reset" at the 38th floor for subsequent button inputs.

We loved this hotel, breakfast was fine, rooms very comfortable and the pool and bar were great. We were in the exec-suite and were able to experience the canapés and cocktails that were included, no complaints and will definitely be staying here again!

I’ve stayed at this property on at least 4 occasions and it remains one of my favorites in the area. Very well located, easy access to local area, clean rooms and great view of the city. My only detractors might be that given the height, it can take quite a while for an elevator during busy times, and I wish the in room refrigerator had more available space if I wanted to stock up on water from 7-11. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

The plastic key was inconvenient. The plastic key was a system that required the elevator and doors to open by inserting it in the opposite direction of the indicated direction. I think it would be a good idea to invest in changing it.

The noise from the road below was unbearable even on the 22nd floor. No sound-proofing whatsoever. Don’t stay here if you want a good night’s sleep, or any sleep at all.

The hotel location is accessible towards asok bts and Sukhumvit mrt Has a small slope up towards the hotel. The hotel door is small, have a bit of stairs and no slope to push the luggages up. If only has slope as good for people has leg problem and wheel chair ♿️ The swimming pool is small But the rooms are big. Me and my friends was given a link bedrooms. The breadfast not so many to choose from. Seating area also limit. If didnt early, need to wait awhile. But the staff are friendly.
