Wonderful Hotel and Staff. I, unfortunately, arrived unwell. From the moment the staff realized that, they could not have been more helpful and caring. Every few hours a hot cup of ginger and lemon tea with honey would arrive. Making sure I ate if I wanted to, and generally enquiring about my health and comfort. The Hotel itself was an oasis to me, Set back from the road only a little and yet I felt like in the jungle. Very large, well appointed rooms, wonderful bathrooms, but most importantly, a superbly comfortable bed. Their restaurant overlooks a lovely pool and across a lush gully. I really want to return here when I am well and can really enjoy the Hotel and area. 100% recommend.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It exceeded any expectation we had. The location was awesome, walkable to everything in Ubud. But the best part was the friendly and exceptional service of the staff. The breakfast was something to look forward to every morning and the pool was amazing, being shaded and with a beautiful view. We were also able to order room service whenever we needed to and after 2 weeks the total was so reasonable! When we return we will be staying here again!

Lovely little hotel. Staff are friendly, put their hearts out to look after this place and their guests. We have a 3 years old toddler with us. Everybody has been extra attentive to us. The only downside is that the laundry service. One of my daughter’s top went missing -but it was my bad, I didn’t check it right after the package came back, but after we have moved to another hotel.

The resort is wonderful the only issues are the bed was so hard after a couple of nights we struggled to sleep and caused back ache, I would also suggest Air Con needs to be placed in the bathroom area as this became very hot, this was in a 1 bed villa.

I saw that this Hotel had so many 5* reviews and now I know why! What a wonderful place. Right in the hustle and bustle of Monkey Forest Road, Yet when in the hotel, it was absolutely peaceful. The rooms are huge and have everything you need, plenty of different area to lounge around! The pool is wonderful and refreshingly cool! There is free daily yoga. Free afternoon tea, the most varied and best I've ever had in Ubud. The staff are all so kind and genuinely friendly. This was my 5th trip to Ubud and I doubt it's my last. I will definitely stay here next time! Thank you to all the staff.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous with lush gardens and an infinity pool, and is in the perfect central location in Ubud. A few minutes away walking are the monkey forest and the best restaurants (Donna is top restaurant in Ubud and is 2 minutes away). The room is giant and the rain shower is the best way to end the day after adventures in Ubud. The buffet breakfast is diverse and exquisite. Every day is a complimentary happy hour and yoga class. The front desk staff (especially Yurita who was our assigned concierge) greets you by name every time you walk by and always asks if everything is perfect and if they can help in any way. As a perfect finishing touch, the hotel gave us samples of Bali chocolate and a jar of bite-size cookies that they even refilled without us asking and also unlimited water. A total gem!

We had an incredible experience from start to finish at Komaneka at Rasa Sayang. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the warmest smiles and positive energy from the staff. A special shoutout to Yan Nik, our first receptionist, who set the tone for our entire stay with her welcoming demeanor. Throughout our time at the hotel, every staff member we encountered was fantastic. Whether it was the housekeeping team, the restaurant staff, or the front desk, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. The food was also an absolute highlight of our stay. We opted for a different starter and main course at every breakfast, and each dish was incredibly delicious. The variety and quality of the breakfast offerings really impressed us. The friendliness, positivity, and amazing service made our stay memorable. I can't recommend Komaneka at Rasa Sayang enough.

Our stay was memorable. The attention your staff paid to service and hospitality was outstanding. This is by far the best 4-5-star hotel we have ever stayed at, and we travel quite frequently. Our room was spacious, well laid out, well cleaned and maintained daily, and just beautiful with a balcony overlooking greens. I can't say enough about how I appreciate the friendliness and sincerity of the staff, who went beyond the call of duty to make us feel spoiled with very thoughtful gestures we have not experienced at other hotels. The location is ideal - just several meters away from many excellent restaurants and retail shops, but very quiet and serene when we are in our room. This is our second stay at Komaneka, and we will definitely choose Komaneka Rasa Sayang when we come to Bali next.

Where do I begin! The amount this hotel provides for the price is unbelievable! Staff were so great, everyone knew our names, remembered the food and coffee drinks we likes, were always willing and able to help. Free breakfast was DELICIOUS, with a buffet, full menu and lattes available for free! Free daily yoga and we did a free class where they showed us how to make the traditional Bali Canang sari offerings. It is right in the town too and a short walk to all the restaurants and the monkey forest! We even walked to the yoga barn in 15-20 minutes. I can't say enough great things about Komaneka! It was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon. Oh yeah! They filled our bathtub with flowers in the shape of a heart!

Quite nice but so many insects like mosquitos or ants. There was NO bed bugs though. The worst thing I didn't like in this hotel, when I was been seated at the breakfast buffet, the staff didn't change the table cloth, she just put a new cutrary on the used (and got dirty) table cloth. Overall the breakfast service is not good at all. But everything else I experienced here was fine

We stayed 10 days in the rooftop villa and had a most pleasurable stay. The staff was excellent, friendly and went out of their way to create a pleasant stay. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are beautiful and spacious; a nice touch is the fresh fruit and jar filled with delicious chocolate chip cookies provided. The breakfast buffet is small but well prepared and with enough variety to suit different tastes. The staff is also very nice and helpful. My only criticism is that the rooms have only one outlet if you need to recharge your electronics, which means that if you are sharing your room, you'll have to share the outlet. The hotel is conveniently located along a major road, right by many restaurants as well as a couple of convenience stores and several money changers within walking distance. I'd happily stay here again if I'm in Ubud in thr future.

The staff were amazingly friendly, I felt very taken care of here as a solo traveler - authentic smiles all the time. Booked a rooftop suite and enjoyed the monkey visits in the morning - great videos to send back home! Pool was very cold, lounge area small but sufficient. Breakfast offerings were very good and no additional charge for specialty latte or cappuccino! Enjoyed a massage with a flower bath - wow! Never felt so luxurious, special memory I’ll have forever. Monkey forest is 10 min walk down the hill - worth a visit and it’s nicely shaded. This was my first but not my last to ubud - nice change change in scenery from uluwatu.
