Great stand and experience. Pam was very helpful and Team went beyond helpful in getting me my bacon for breakfast when it is not offered. The hotel is nicely located next to main beach and close to Bangly road ( entertainment street)

The hotel staffs have arranged the connecting rooms for us and very comfortable with the stay. Only thing abit lacking was the bathroom amenities such as toilet papers, facial tissue box and hand soaps were not enough and need to ask for more from the reception. Overall we are quite satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The reception staffs are all quite friendly and helpful.

Not a bad hotel, breakfast was average but adequate, fried eggs should be cooked on demand not stacked up going cold. Would be nicer if pool hours could be extended 8 pm is too early. Room was quiet with good shower and AC.

This is a very good hotel, especially for the price range it is in. The rooms are very well and cleverly designed. So is the foyer and breakfast room. The pool was a highlight for me as i like to swim and it provides a 20m length pool for doing laps and being 1.2m throughout, there is no deep end. As well you can purchase food and drink while your in and around the pool. It is a 4 storey complex split into 7 buildings. We were in level 4, Building 2 overlooking the pool and i highly recommend that location and talking of location the hotel is very conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and whatever else you could want. Lastly, the staff are very helpful at this hotel, right from reception to the room cleaners and all the others. Being an older couple we probably looked like we needed help a lot of times and they were always happy to offer it.

Great location in Phuket, nice area. The room size is good, the territory is nice. I stayed in the older part of the hotel (this is my understanding after reading the reviews). However, the soundproof system is so pure, I was woken up during 2 nights of total 2 nights stay. That was not my plan to be listening to a neighbour (instead of sleeping because of a “Dolby surround like sound) bringing in a prostitute, negotiating with her, and further actions (many of them I saw in the morning in the lobby)

First time staying here. I had a garden view room on the bottom floor. A little dated, but comfortable. Room was a little noisy. Beautiful pool. Great staff. Great little coffe shop and well equipped gym. Just a couple minutes from lots of great dining option, and about a three minute walk to the beach, and fifteen minutes to Bangla road. Would definitely stay here again.

Typical of a 4 star multi world wide chain. Checkin was smooth,quick and efficient. All the staff that we came into contact with were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Room spotless. No complaints whatsoever.

The holiday inn express was a great place to stay, overall it was quiet though there was some noise at night with some construction nearby. The facilities were great and the staff friendly and helpful. For the price that we paid which was very reasonable, we felt that the accommodation was excellent. Would recommend to anybody looking for accommodation in Patong.

Great location. Room good size, clean, balcony with Great view, bed comfy. Ac good, WiFi fast. Check in smooth, no welcome drink, not a big deal. Pool small and not enough lounges for amount of rooms. Breakfast nothing special, not many options. Again not enough tables in restaurant for breakfast rush. Staff ok. Housekeeping do basic, sometimes they don't clean your ashtray

I,ve stayed in many hotels arround the world. Thise was by far the worst for breakfast which was included in the room price $180per night. Very poor service & limited options for breakfast, no cofee spoons, no re filling. Both days we stayed we went to a restaurant for breakfast. Really disappointed! the property is clean and modern, we like that it's on a clean street with lots of light, light traffic, everything is walkable. Just one thing that make it perfect is to extend the pool into a bit bigger, still have lots of space to extend it wider all around, and lounges all around to each unit or buildings, to accommodate all guest on the complex. It's a bit small for the whole complex. we still love to go back and recommend to a friend. Thank you for your hospitality. we'll comeback again.

Basic property with small pool and not enough sun loungers. Very noisy. Doing maintenance too so very smelly painting while trying to enjoy pool. Decent breakfast buffet and really good location for all the bars and restaurants and super close to the beach
