Fantastic breakfast. Courteous and helpful staff. Hotel facilities are great. Beautiful roof top pool with a tanning bar. Rooms are nice. Would stay here again.

The stay here was excellent. The room provided was neat and clean. Check-in and check-out was smooth and fast. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The chef himself would come and ask us if everything was good. I would like to thank Sumit at the front desk,He was really polite and helpful.

The entire staff made the stay very enjoyable. From the security guards, to the busboys, to the wait staff, chefs and cleaning personnel, everyone was friendly, efficient, accommodating and respectful. Honestly, the room was what I would expect, but the staff is truly what made the experience memorable.

A good hotel with very god service and very helpful staff. All in all a very nice stay, but the rooms were a bit worn down. Especially the bathrooms could do with an update.

We had a lovely time the staff were amazing we would like to mention the members of staff that offered exceptional service Irfan the chef. Navneet & Meet and also the reception staff Ritesh . They all worked behond there duties The food was amazing we will definitely stay there again .

The staff is incredibly friendly at your service to assist with literally any need. We chose the hotel in part because of there being two bars & 24-hr room service anticipating the need of both after a 15 hour flight from the U.S. and they were so accommodating as to keep the bar open longer for us.
The limited night menu includes 4 kinds of pastas (I had the fettuccine Alfredo and it was terrific), several sandwich options, excellent French fries & burger choices, salads & fruit so rather extensive, really!
Food was delivered promptly and hot to our nicely appointed room with a huge tv, multiple outlet options for device charging and it was clean and inviting, included a chair and ottoman in addition to the desk and bed.
While we were there only for a night the room had an impressive amount of space to unpack and hang things (not at all like the tiny European rooms!) and was equipped with a quick-heating coffee pot and other amenities ones accustomed to finding.
The one caveat to mention is the “airport shuttle”, while available is actually a driver service that costs 24 INR for the vehicle (not per person) and absent lanes dedicated to hotel shuttle pick-up at the airport, it’s probably a good thing.
Our driver met us at the airport and escorted us through to the public parking garage where his car was parked and drove us to the hotel. All in all VERY reasonable given the “fare” amounted to like $24 in total for 2 people. Oh yeah - DoubleTree cookies too!

Expected the property to uphold Hilton’s brand name. But the state of rooms was deeply disturbing.
Unclean towels and non-spacious rooms were just the beginning.
The utensils at breakfast buffet were nasty as well. My companion found something red stuck to the bottom (inside) of his coffee mug.
While at the breakfast buffet, some random guests came and asked me if they could sit with me. When I refused they were pissed about it.

I'd like to tell you about my stay at Double Tree by Hilton Baani Square.
Overall, it was a negative, if not downright pathetic, experience.
I'd like to explain the specifics of my complaint.
1. Despite availability, we were not given a room on a higher floor - by Mr. Ritesh
2. The room had a sewage blockage that was not immediately resolved. It took two complaints to get it resolved.
3. We discovered ants in our room and when we requested a different room, they took us to the 7th floor and to a stinking room.
4.Despite multiple phone calls, soap and body wash were not delivered.
5. Our room card was deactivated on the fourth day, and we had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to come with a new card.
6.It took them 20 minutes to deliver a water bottle.
7.Duplicate keys were required. Nobody showed up to assist us with duplicate keys. Fortunately, I had an extra card and was able to open the door.
Overall, it was a dreadful experience, and I would not recommend it.

The property is great , room is spacious , WiFi is good , TV is excellent. Staff is good. Only 3 downsides.
1. Far from everything.

3. The worst of all , the breakfast is awful , tasteless , no flavor in anything, definitely need a new chef.
I booked the hotel as it was the cheapest 5 star hotel available, but as soon as I ate the breakfast , I understood why.

Staff was extra helpful and offered information about food, what to do locally. I wish the policy about the extra charge for a child’s bed had been explained in advance. That was a small thing, though, and we look forward to staying again. Room was very clean and comfortable.

I and my partner were on a medical tour with medanta city hospital, The Hilton proved to be a fantastic location due to its proximity to the hospital, the rooms were very comfortable, with great service right from the entrance, reception, housekeeping and more importantly to us at the time, was the efficiency of room service and dinning staff the food was great.

I love this hotel its staff are excellent, they go out of the way to help in any way. The housekeeping staff are really good, especially Bhupchdra Jpshi who made animals out of towels to amuse us and resupplied our room kept it immaculate. l have coeliacs disease so gluten free food is essential, the breakfast chef / pastry chef Mohammed Zakir was very very helpful , making me fresh gluten free bread and cake every morning. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly making sure you have everything you need.
