The hotel is central, close to Sea World and there’s an underground station across the road. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, but don’t speak any English. There isn’t a restaurant or coffee available in the hotel. There is a 24/7 coffee shop across the road and international food restaurants in the nearby Sea World. Good value hotel - and I would stay there again.

I paid for the hotel but they couldn’t find my booking. I would like to be refunded. This unbelievable ridiculous.

The hotel is hard to find(no english sign). The pillow smells like ash tray. The staff nice but speak only Chinese and VERY basic english. Had to use google translate for the word Metro. Not really recommend to anyone unless they really have to stay there.
