I had a fantastic week with excellent service and friendly people everywhere. Central location,
Good food and nice surrounding garden and places to hang out on.
I can really recommend this hotel!

Exceeded our expectations

I travel a lot on business and I often stay in ‘Business’ style hotels which are all very similar. It was very refreshing to stay in the Seven Villa Hotel as it is a bit different.
Rooms - have been nicely furnished and are laid out differently. Bathrooms are well- equipped.
Breakfast is a delight and has a nice range of foods, fruits, juices and traditional breakfast food on offer. A very lovely touch is eggs freshly cooked to order.
There are a few local shops within walkable and safe distance - supermarket, food outlets, pharmacy etc.
What is nicest about the hotel is the very friendly and helpful staff who are allays available to help in anyway.
I would certainly be happy to stay in this hotel the next time I am in the area.
Highly recommended.

The property is a boutique hotel very welcoming friendly staff. The design is modern the sculptures are beautiful throughout the property. The food phenomenal. The spa service is amazing the therapist are very knowledgeable in their craft. I would recommend this property and I would definitely stay here again.

Overal stay was good however the carpets in the rooms were musty and not clean getting drinking water in the room was a chore if it ran out in the room however when the atm at the hotel did not dispense money but debited my account the staff were not helpful and up to now 5 days later no resolution as to whether it was a system challenge or card fraud. The house kerping staff and porters were a joy and super helpful

It was ok.

Generally the property was nice, but could do with property maintenance and upgrades to keep up appearances( i.e. shower tiles were missing , bathroom tiles were worn, etc..)
Other than that the staff were friendly and somewhat accommodating when my room was flooded (weather related )and I needed to change rooms.

Above-average hotel facility with above-average food and drink prices (substantially so). Very good service and lovely grounds. Can get a bit loud though.

I was welcomed very professionally and explained about the different amenities that were available. I had a treatment at the Camelot spar on the premises which was awesome. Dinner at Ruebens restaurant was a real treat and the food was delicious.

Friendly welcome, very generous and spacious room. Lighting could be better as the room is meant for business stay. Interior decor is an interesting mix of traditional and modern elements. Balcony had a lovely view overlooking the garden. Breakfast service was a tad slow and the selection was a little limited, however the the food quality was excellent and the food served delicious. Consistent, high speed wifi between room, breakfast area as well as conferencing areas.

good place to stay, few shops in walking distance, Sandton City and Mandela square just around the corner .
Breakfast okay but expensive for what you get, and every day the same.

Always Friendly and accommodating. Siya, Steven and all the staff do their best - even when I have to set up an impromptu conference in their meeting rooms. Clients enjoy meeting there and the location is central saving me driving from Springs to Lanseria to meet with them.

Stay was great only the pilllows were really uncomfortable. Change this and hear the pool as it was freezing cold for a swim.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Capitol Moloko. Everyone was so friendly and very helpful and accommodating! When we had questions about what to do, where to eat, anything...the staff was also more than helpful and there with suggestions. Would love to return again!

This hotel was AMAZING! We stayed in the penthouse apartment suite, and it was worth every penny. It was equipped with 2 rooms (each with a King bed and bathroom), living room, dining room, full kitchen & washer and dryer. There was even a half bath. It was a few miles from Stantons Mandela Square, where shopping & dining awaits. The service was impeccable! If I go back to JoBurg, I will stay here no doubt!

Firstly, the bedroom sheets were torn in our room. Secondly, we left my wife's birthday cake in the fridge when we checked out by the time we returned to go fetch it the staff had already eaten most of it. The only response we got from the manager on duty was that she would request for the cctv footage to see who entered our room after we had checked out. So overall i was disappointed in the general staffs behavior and the poor service we received.

On a positive note, the staff were mostly extremely polite, friendly and made us feel quite welcome. However... after arriving, the greeting receptionist could tell us nothing about the surrounding area, despite being a 5-10 minute walk from the main, shop-laden road. The dining/drinks were mediocre to terrible. My bolognese dish had a not-so-fresh/sour aftertaste. My wife and I both left our mixed drinks unfinished after taking a sip. The restaurant's techno music droned on the entire night. The hotel safe in our room did not work (its batteries were dead), water in the room's wash basin drained slowly on our first night and failed to drain at all on the second night (we had to wash our faces in the kitchen area sink). Our room was located down an extremely long walkway (open to the external, outdoor environment). Consequently, the hallway was frozen with night air when we ventured outside of the room. At some point very early the next morning we could hear children playing loudly in the hallway for some time and lastly, the ceiling light from the hallway poured into our room via a translucent window of sorts. We were in awful shape by the time we emerged to catch the hotel shuttle. Oh yes, the shuttle. The shuttle driver was consistently the most surly and unfriendly person in the entire establishment. We opted to take taxis to avoid his needlessly sour disposition. Ultimately we moved to a new hotel and were much happier. We can endure a lot, but we will not be returning

Every time I go to Johannesburg I first look at this hotel's availability before booking anywhere else. There's absolutely nothing to complain. Being in the room just relaxing is perfect to prepare me for the next round of flights.
