Very nice location and surrounding. You forget that you are next to a motorway. The rooms are in good condition and we would recommend a superior room with balcony. The main criticism is the cleanliness as room floores would definitely need a little more attention!

you have to know that this is a service area not a good looking location as the picture shows! parking will be on the public service area and the public restrooms are right next to the reception! I did not stay in this place, therefore cannot make comments on room, service etc For above reasons I would NOT recommend this place

I want to know how to contact the hotel as the phone number doesn't work, i need to obtain receipt they said would email me. Room was quite cold, heater was not working in the night. food was good

We were at the front of the hotel on 25th of December before 22,00 and hotel was closed. Nobody answered to our telephones. All hotels around were full and we had to drive 60 kilometers to get other room. Please make sure that any payment will be taken from our bank card.

Some hairs are found in the toilet n bed ..my son got running nose due to the dust in the room

Unfortunately we could not stay here so I cannot give a complete review. We had reserved and paid but once realizing it was next to impossible to reach from Amsterdam we had to give up our reservation and lose our money. Not a great feeling but I guess that's life.

The hotel did not have my reservation for 2 rooms for 2 nights, though I had a confirmation from Hotels.com. Late in the day, after a long, tiring, drive we had to find another hotel, albeit with help from the receptionist at Hajé Waterlodge de Lepelaar
