No pool facilities available, pool cordoned off and not even a Sunlounger around the pool so we sat on the floor !!!
Complained to the hotel directly and to hotels.com who offered us a £25 voucher as goodwill which we still haven’t seen
Avoid hotel and especially avoid hotels.com !!!!!!!!!!!

Cleanliness gave 3 because washroom did not have the shower door. After taking shower all the water was running into entire bathroom. Water did not dry fast to reuse bathroom to go to toilet and we had to dry tiles near toilet ourselves to use it.
Other then this place is good and we will surely revisit as well when needed.

Staff took long time at check in eventhough they say check in time is 2:00 pm, rooms werent ready. We stayed for two days and on second day even at 5:00 pm rooms were not done!

Had a pleasant stay at Goldfinch on business trip to Mumbai. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good food in restaurant.

Stayed at room 506 for a period of 4 days. Linens were dirty, the flush made weird noises due to faulty water lines and it auto flushed itself, floors were dirty and I had to buy flip flops, rooms are old and in dilapated states (the cupboard light was ON through the day due to faulty switch and poor carpentry work), bathroom door made squeak noises troubling neighbouring room people. Internet was bad and the login id and password didnt work at first and then later when changed it my apple devices refused to connect. For each and every device they give a login code and after 10 minutes it throws you out and you to relogin. Had to buy a local data SIM to avoid this problem.
WILL NOT STAY, WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

House keeping was poor, Despite requesting an extra bed 4 times in total, none was in place until after mid night after complaining. The money for the extra person and the bed were taken up front on check in and the fee for bed was not taken off. Take care.

The hotel was good but took me over an hour to Check In even though I arrived on time. Local area is not great but very close to the Airport. Overall a nice hotel with good staff and service.

Your guests are staying in a connected world. Please improve your WiFi connectivity and allow connections to multiple devices. For some strange reason my WiFi used to disconnect if not used for a while and it was frustrating to get a new UID every time.
There were small flies in teh bathroom, please improve the cleanliness for the bathroom as the sink was greasy and looked unclean.
Happy with the food served in the restaurant, good choice of food for breakfast and dinner.

We arrived early so there was no room available. Thats fine but after they gave us room which was ready around 10am we walked in and I found vthat all linens are dirty bwith spots on. I doubt that they gave us new linen, I think they just reuse from previous guest. Room was smelling on cigarettes. I never made any big complaints but this is worst hotel I stayed ever. For me I wouldnt give more than 2 star. Also bathroom was not properly clean with 1 towel provided for 2 of us

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great amenities, lovely roof top pool and well equipped gym. Hot tub in room was a plus - the kids really had fun. Staff were excellent. Decor was tasteful. Will stay again.

Appalling hotel. I stayed here for 2 reasons. Firstly for the pool for my family to enjoy and secondly as they offer a tours and tickets service. The pool area was a health hazard. Food, cigarettes and plastic cups and plates in the pool and all around the pool area just left there. Apparently they had a party but couldn’t be bothered to clean the area. It was disgusting. We couldn’t use the pool for fear of either an ear or stomach infection at the beginning of the holiday. They promised to clean it but lied to us and did nothing. I also asked them for IPL tickets which was why I came to Mumbai. They said no problem. I waited and waited and got a phone call at 6.30pm and was told to go to the train station to meet someone. The journey time for this and getting to the ground was 2.5 hours. Considering the game was starting in 1.5 hours we had to miss the match and they had the cheek to charge us 8 X the face value. They ruined our entire time in Mumbai at great cost to us. I will be taking legal advice on getting a full refund.

This is probably like staying at a motel in the US. They took more than a day to put shower curtain. Unclean bathroom, chipped floor tiles and tub, and used towels greeted us when we got in. Very unreliable wifi.

Various parts of the hotel are still under construction or renovation.Hotel staff were well-mannered; however, they were not very attentive. Had to ask them repeatedly for extra towels but they either forgot or choose to disregard.Staff does not clean the room daily as well.

I called customer care to tell them the problem I am facing and get the solution for it but customer care did the same. I asked for my money back and she refused. I had to book another room at a short notice on premium price. I am travelling to London next week and made all bookings using hotels.com. I wish I hadnt done that. Its the last time I booked from Hotel.com. This is nothing but absolutely unprofessional behavior on your part. I want my money back!

This hotel is terribly managed. Stay one night as we had long wait between the connecting flights.
Checked in at 3am, front desk allowed late checkout. During the stay as we are trying to relax after long international flight, Front desk kept disturbing asking us when we are checking out . Staff doesn’t seem to communicate and have system to take down the notes . They kept changing our checkout time literally rushing us.
They are also try to nickel and dime you for airport despite one way airport transfer is part of Expedia booking.
Avoid this hotel plenty on options available near airport .
