Great location near shuttle stop. Nice breakfast. Bathroom layout a little weird with no place to hang a hand towel and hand soap and lotion hanging on opposite walls with sink in middle. Towels are not plush. But staff is really friendly and attentive. Would stay again.

We've been to zion mulitple times. Depending on the number of people on our trip, we've tried two different hotels here. This is the third hotel we've tried and our stay was great as well.
Driving up here, Natalie texted us to let us know our rooms were ready. And that was 2 hours before our check in time. There was 5 of us adults, with two young infants. We were greeyed by Grace and Amy, both of whom were very helpful.
The outside area of the hotel was nothing short of spectacular. You peer out the window, you have a majestic view of the canyons. Inside of the hotel had a great ambience, well lit. There was drinks, refreshements and snacks for those just arrived, as well as the ones who would be visiting the park for hikes. You can see they put a premium on cleanliness, as the Housekeeping staff sought to make sure the rooms were ready. There was a lot of families, made you feel at home because everyone was there to enjoy Zion.
Breakfast was good! It kept us energized for our day. There was omelettes, pastries, a waffle maker, cereal, fruits and yogurt.
I wouldnt hesistate to book with Hamptons at Zion park boulveard. For a one night stay, me and my family enjoyed it.
We also enjoyed the people which was well taken care if by the staff.
I recommend this place for old and new comers who are visiting Zion National Park, as well as Springdale

Lovely, updated decor throughout, especially the breakfast/lounge area. Pool area was very attractive with plenty of shaded areas and a fireplace for chilly evenings.

Close to park, close to downtown. Walkable or accessible by shuttle. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful - special curios to Natalie and Grace. Over and over I was impressed with the small things staff did to make visitors feel welcome - e.g. trail bags with orange slices for those hiking. Very good breakfast. I’ve pool area to cool off and relax. Highly recommend.

I really liked the facility. I only have two minor complaints. The pool could’ve been cleaner and A trash receptacle out front was full and Trash was overflowing the day we arrived on the day we left three days later it still had not been picked up. Other than that, it was a nice stay!

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in on our 11 day vacation through all 5 of Utah's national parks! The hotel was super clean with friendly and helpful staff. It is also located in the sweetest little town! We will be back!

The staff were all friendly and happily got us what we needed. We had breakfast there 3 mornings and everyday we left full and ready for the day. The pool was a nice size and clean.

So so buildings and decor would do fine but the incompetent and rude staff could really use some basic customer service training. Other Hampton locations don't take tourists for granted quite like this place. Also, prepare for extra chargers and fees on top of an already high price.

The hotel is beautiful! The pool and hot tub were much appreciated after hiking all day. The infused water at the front desk was so refreshing! The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was filling.

Awesome stay before our narrows hike. Complimentary fruit, coffee bar, pool and hot tub. I was sad to have to leave before breakfast was served before our hike and was pleasantly surprised to still have hot coffee and was handed a togo breakfast bag upon checking out before 6am. This hotel rocks!
