What a lovely Hotel, Spotlessly clean, super service, fantastic food, with a great variety every day. We went before Easter so was very quiet to start with and plenty of sun beds, and teh sun beds on teh beach are really good too. They are just finishing a new beach bar, so no need to go back to hotel for drinks etc.

Getting my bags taken to the room and a guide of thebjotel although I didn't ask for it! The food is amazing. The room is clean amd spacious. The spa is modern, clean woth fab massage!

Been all over Turkey to all inclusive resorts and this one is the best so far.

Best entertainment in a resort

We loved the attention to detail and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel was immaculate. The beach was lovely and the facilities were more than we hoped

Nice but average rooms. Pools and beach excellent. Great menu’s with delicious items plus ala carte restaurants. Great vegetations and landscaping and nightly entertainment for children then adults.

What a great place to spend your vacation. All staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Samira from the front desk and ladies from the beauty salon. Food was amazing, fresh, a lot of variety and tasty. Rooms were spacious and clean. Resort located right on the beach. Planty of things to do on the resort. There are two pools one with big water slides. They have a night club, several bars across the property. Gorgeous views from the beach and some of the rooms. I would definitely like to be back to this beautiful place. Thank you 😊

Couldn't fault the place. Service, food, location was all perfect for my needs. The drinks on the all inclusive were premium and if not, just ask. Nothing is too much trouble and definitely up there in my top 10 ever hotels. The guys in the outside pool bars deserve special mention. Great cocktails, talkative and attentive when you need refilling! Good job Jiva.

Do yourself a favour and just book this resort. If you regret it contact me and I’d personally give you a refund. This place was INCREDIBLE! I can’t fault anything. I don’t understand how anyone could have any bad reviews about this place. Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a week. Food&drink was amazing can’t fault anything so much variation and such good quality. Staff were exceptional! Me and my gf especially loved the entertainment team. Captain, little chicken and the guy with long hair (we forgot his name! Maybe Kevin?) all made our stay special. Accommodation, service, facilities all top notch! I could go on for hours about how good this place is. I will be back to Jiva for sure!

Hotel is okay, location is not ideal as it not walkable to anywhere. Food was very limited during the day, only a cafe was open 24/7.

It was a huge apartment, great food, comfortable stay. I thought the windows and curtains would have had better design, the curtains let light in and it was therefore difficult to sleep through the early morning. Could be a bit more sustainable with less plastic water bottles and more refillable taps.

we stayed at the hotel one night for a stop over, but would definitely recommend the hotel and consider it for future vacations. Our room was impeccable, clean and with very comfortable beds. The property is compact and located right on the beach - there are multiple bars including one right at the beach. Food was super tasty with a good variety. Staff was polite and attentive.

Very nice resort

Nice property and overall very welcoming and nice staff, but very loud music at night which is very inconvenient especially for families with kids.

The worst of all times. The staff doesn’t speak english, all of them were grumpy, the manager was so angry because we complained about unclean bedsheets! And we felt threatened!!!!!! The service was at it worst, we had to go and buy many things because “they ran out of it”. The pool wasn’t clean and they said “ they ran out of towels” On the same day the decided to canceled our reservation! This property is nothing like the pictures, and the hospitality and cleanliness level were below worst. We are really regretting this and we would like to get a refund for all this mess. They ruined our last day in the honeymoon.

Service is very slow.the staff are friendly but doesn’t understand or speak English.the room toilet was dirty. At this hotel there is no bath or facial soap only hand liquid soap is available no tissues available just toilet papers.

Very good hotel - clean, large rooms with excellent showers. High quality food with a range of a la carte restaurants that you can book for a change from the buffet restaurant (also excellent) although you have to be resident for more than 4 days to use these. Beach quiet and near small beach bar and water sports. Climbing wall was shut but they did open it for us on request. I left a couple of items in the room by mistake when we left but when I enquired they found them and I retrieved no problem. Evening entertainment good too and various quiet seating areas around the lagoon made for lovely places to have a quiet drink / read. Cocktail bar nearest the beach very stylish. Public loos very impressive also - like you’d find in a 5* London hotel.

The property is very nice and the food offerings are good. But. This is not a five-star in terms of service. Shortly after I checked in, I realised there was a disco setting up outside my room. I went and spoke to the manager, explaining I needed to sleep, and the manager laughed at me and said "Too bad, you won't be sleeping tonight" - they were apparently fully booked and I couldn't be moved. I ended up booking another hotel nearby as there was absolutely no way I could sleep (the music inside my room was far louder than I ever would have played it inside my house), and none of the staff could tell me when the music would end. On my return to the hotel the next day, I asked for a refund because my priority was sleep, and was told "This is a party hotel". Fair enough on not getting a refund - it was a non-refundable booking and eventually I did get my room changed the next day to a much quieter area - 2.5 hours after they said it would happen - so most of the second day wasted there. And then the Wifi didn't work. And so on. I kept myself to myself for the remaining days, just waiting til my flight home. And then, imagine my surprise - as I'm in the airport, I get a text from the hotel saying I've damaged a piece of furniture in the room - which I absolutely had not. But that was just the cap to a thoroughly terrible service experience. So I'd say two things - avoid if you need rest and quiet, and expect poor/rude service.

We came here as a family to stopover in our trip from Marmaris to Antalya and wanting to see Fethiye too. The resort is small and cosy. It was crowded with guests. The reception was ok, but you can tell they are overworked. Thanks to the great bellboy Hakan who helped us with luggage and was nice and prompt. The room I booked was a nice one bedroom suite which was very nice and comfi. Comfi bed and cold ac, spacious. The bathrooms are little outdated. The breakfast was nice and big with variety. The the beach was not really for swimming- was rocky. Some areas to improve- They were little slow attending to requests on the phone taking up to 30-40 minutes to come. Parking is available outside and free, but under the sun. When we arrived first night, no one told us dinner is till 9.00 only, so we went there by 9.07 and they didn’t let us in. They said already closed, which wasn’t very nice or welcoming, especially with a family. They even refused to prep something for us from the kitchen. They just want to do their job and leave. We ended up going to the lounge and taking on some soup and tuna sandwiches! Anyhow, was a pleasant stay overall, but may look for a better place next time.

Nice property and good dining. Fairly terrible guest care. Serious issues with noise- not a hotel for sleeping in before 1am. This should be made much more clear in the descriptions.

This reminded me my cheap cruise with Carnival. They don’t even give 2 hotel keys per room, the drinks are quite cheap as well. The check in was a long wait and they didn’t accepted my brothers valid attorney id which we had used in other hotels we had stayed, despite the fact it says it’s valid as an id on it. Disappointing place all together!

Another superb stay at Jiva. Rooms and some areas are in need if a spruce up and the trees need cutting near the 24 hour bar, but given the recent covid nightmare its not a problem.
