This is a newer style R.I., not the old separate buildings. I like this much better.
However, the bed is so close to the HVAC unit it is difficult to get past. That part of the room is simply too small. It was the same way at a newer Fairfield Inn I recently stayed at. Bad design Marriott.
Also, the shower floor was ridiculously slippery. Quite dangerous.
There was no breakfast available and no explanation. Thinking it might have been a staffing issue which is not unusual. But, I was only offer edit $10 off or 2,500 points. Feel like it should have been more.

Hotel stars full hot breakfast buffet and it was not available, not even continental. The only thing available was coffee, packaged muffins and whole fruit. Not acceptable. I pick hotels based on breakfast available and to not even get a simple continental breakfast with yogurt, cereal, juice was not acceptable.

My stay was outstanding, my only complaint is the carpet smelled like wet dog otherwise the staff and the room were great!

Staff was very kind, breakfast was nice, the room was dusty though, and the door to the bathroom was not properly placed, and was hard to open and close, the shower also didn’t have a sliding door and water would get everywhere.

Water was dripping in the shower all weekend. Which was loud all night. They did offer to fix it but we were in a time crunch and no time to wait in the room with maintenance. Asked for extra towels and toilet paper, the do not disturb sign was out but they still came in the room to drop off. The gym could use some equipment wipes. Loud noise from pipes? at 4:00a and 5:00a every night. Woke everyone up in the room.

Absolutely amazing, clean, staff was well informed and comforting. You see I lost my aunt and was headed to the funeral. They were very sympathetic and even gave me a goodie bag to cheer me up! I give them 5 stars easily! A+++

Quiet, comfortable, recently renovated property. Really nice suites with kitchen, sofa and BR. Worked well for remote working while visiting family. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We came in for a three night stay but ended up only staying one hour. The first room had bed bugs, a leaking ceiling and used personal toys (if you know what I mean) under the mattress.
The second room had a non working thermostat. We left after that and will never be back.

This hotel is undergoing renovations and the room we had had been updated. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. I would highly recommend.

This hotel is in the middle of being rehabbed. My floor/room was complete. Very clean and comfortable.
Thermostat worked well too! My only issue was housekeeping never made it to my room. I did ask for fresh towels which were delivered. The management staff was very nice.

I picked this hotel as I needed an oven to prepare food to take for a family gathering. At check in I was informed that there would be no breakfast in the morning because it was Christmas. She also added that she didn’t think any restaurants would be open. So a trip to the grocery store to purchase some additional food happened. Upon returning to the hotel, I was in need of some ice. The ice machines on the first and second floor were not working and there was no machine on the third. Back to the front desk where I was informed that the machine was on the fourth floor but they were doing renovations on that floor. She actually got the ice for me. The toilet continued to run, the carpet is pulling out of the strip in the kitchen area and actually hurt my feet to walk on it. The people above us sounded like they had 8 children who were running and jumping all evening. This was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a named brand hotel.

At 7am construction started in the room above us! The banging and pounding of carpet being installed was absolutely ridiculous and loud. We should have never been put into our room!

The room was very worn, and extremely hot. The thermostat on the fourth floor, where our room was, must have been broken. It was easily 85 plus degrees in the hallway. The coolest we could get our room was 70, which was uncomfortable for us because we like a cool room at 60° for sleeping. The only way we could get the room down to 70 was by opening both windows. Having to open the windows in November seemed very ridiculous.
Another problem was that on Thanksgiving morning, the free breakfast was unavailable. No one told us that there would not be breakfast on Thanksgiving, so we had nothing purchased in advance. There were no places locally to get breakfast as it was Thanksgiving Day either. I couldn't do laundry because the soap dispensers were broken and there was no soap at the desk
The biggest disappointment of stay, was that the pool and hot tub, which were a main reason for us to pick this hotel, were closed at the time of our stay. The indoor pool and indoor hot tub are permanently closed. This information was given to us by the staff. Unfortunately, that information was not provided on the website. Interestingly enough, after I complained about the pool being closed, all information about the hotel having a pool was removed from the website. I knew this particular hotel had a pool, because we stayed there last year and used it.
The saving grace was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and pleasant despite the many disappointments the hotel itself offered.

No manager on duty from Friday through Sunday on a very busy weekend. Staff was insufficiently trained and unable to reach manager on call to resolve a room issue. Hotel was run-down. There was insufficient parking.

Stayed about 10 days for work. This place was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Excellent experience all around. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Their rooms have torn up carpet, walls need repairs, bathroom did not have facial tissue.
Breakfast was the worst, limited items, with no replacement when items were finished by 8:30.
Worker was unresponsive and rude, not very approachable.

Booked a room thru Expedia. Was told when we arrived that all rooms were checked in and nothing was available. Everything was paid for on our end. She repeated more than once all rooms were checked in. Called Expedia up gave her the phone to talk to the rep and then all the sudden the reason is we misspelled your name and things changed. Suddenly our room was available after being told every room was checked in and accounted for????? It was very odd and frustrating considering we had traveled for 8 hours that day and it was late.

Check in was fine. The bathroom was great for my 87 year old Mom since she uses a walker. When we walked in, the transition from tile to carpet was dark duck tape, except for about 6-8 inches - and it was raveled carpet. There was no blanket for me to put on the pull out (very uncomfortable) couch. The sheet set in the closet for the couch looked like it had been used… We were tired and didn’t want to deal with moving to another room, but I did let the receptionist know about the carpet so I wouldn’t get charged for it since I had my 9 lb Pomeranian with me. The faucet in the shower was very difficult to use, too.

No wifi all day and night, no cold water at the shower, my husband get burn and after that no way to open the faucet at the shower, I couldn’t take a shower.
No juice at the breakfast. They told us that they are going to reimburse the costo of the night and now they are telling that they can’t.

The place was not as good as I thought it was. The hallway in the 125-133 corridor was very smelly , needs a deep cleaning, the smell was horrible. The room couch bed was a -0 on a scale of 1-10. The pull out couch has stains and the mattress was horrible, super thin and old. You could feel every spring. We actually just slept on the couch instead of pulling it out. I will not , 1000% ever stay at this location Residence Inn.

I start by saying we had no issues in our room or with the staff, we travel frequently and always stay in Marriott brand hotels. However, this hotel is not up to Marriott standards and is in need of an update. Lots of little things like the pool closure, breakfast amenities, stains in the carpet down the hall, chipped tile in the bathrooms, cushions on lobby and room furniture that need to be replaced, and professionalism of some of the staff was lacking. The staff was not rude by any means but lacked professionalism when speaking to guests and each other. Overall I would probably not stay here again until corporate comes in and cleans some things up.

The heat in our room so woke to up freezing. Changed rooms to bug infested bathroom and broken television. Pool was closed without notice so couldn’t even use that amenity.
