Our stay was good! Was on the forth floor and the view wasn’t too bad. Very clean and the receptionist was super friendly!!

I could not believe I was at a Hilton, it was far below any experiences that I have had at other Hilton Hotels, there was not a magnifier mirror, and the lighting especially in the bathroom was terrible which made it very difficult to apply makeup. The whole experience was very disappointing…… not what I expected from a Hilton, I could have stayed at a Hotel 6 and had the same experience and saved money…… Please…… you need to do some updating on your Hotel in College Station…….

Check in did not go smoothly. Hotel staff complained about us booking through Hotels.com and said it was a lot of work for them. They asked for a credit card on file for incidentals and now they are using it to bill for the room again. I confirmed that my payment had cleared on my credit card through hotels.com and they are still trying to charge me a second time for the room. I have to wait in the general manager to call me back to fix the double charge. If the hotel thinks it’s too much trouble for customers on hotels.com, they should not list on the website for booking.

The televisions did not work well, the beds were the worst that we have ever slept on and horrible water pressure. It was not a great experience

I loved the property, location was great, and the staff was professional and friendly. The only suggestion I have for the property, please check your plumbing between guests. The toilet in our room and the room next to us were both having issues.

Excellent brand new property. Beautiful rooms nice size. breakfast is good. However, we thought it was included, but it turned out. It wasn’t. Still a reasonable price 999 for basic and 1299 for hot food. very tasty. Nice lobby nice surroundings and very convenient fully stocked gas station across the street.

Stayed two nights for graduation ‘24. It’s east of highway 6 in a cluster of newer hotels.
Because it was graduation the rate was over $300/night which otherwise would be ridiculous for a garden inn in Texas.
Was a little put out that that on top of that they charged $12 for a modest buffet breakfast although I must have dodged the check the first day.
Room was ok although the bathroom fixtures could use some help. The faucet in the sink was loose and the bathtub drain had to be unscrewed to drain. Not what I would expect for $300+/night.

The only good thing about this hotel was the staff. They were very nice and they checked in to see how everything was going. There were a few issues that they really just couldn’t do anything about.
The beds are uncomfortable. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this king was smaller did not feel like a standard king. Any movement rocked the whole bed.
The rooms smell weird. Even though it is a new hotel I think we got in a smoke or pet friendly room and we weren’t either. It smelled.
The pool floor is so dangerous. It is so so so slippery. They put tile all around the pool. Walk slow. The jacuzzi is really really rough. My daughter cut her foot on it by just getting in it.
They charge for parking and just slip it on your bill and hope you don’t notice. They did it tell me at check in or in any of the emails I got that “prepared me for my visit”. They said it is on their website but I didn’t book through the website so this charge was not approved.

Our stay was very nice! Danielle (evening) at the front desk was very helpful, friendly and professional. The bartender, Tina was so friendly and nice we loved coming down and sitting at the bar visiting with others and Tina! Definitely recommend your hotel!

This hotel is clean and since it just opened lately everything’s is still in good condition. There were 2 main issues I noticed. One was the fact that it seems like who ever build this property saved money on the quality of the materials and mainly on insulation. You could literally hear every step from the room above you and every word and sneeze from the rooms around you. You can also see that things start to fall apart like the chalking around the bath counter, cracks above the door and bathroom door that get stuck when you try to open is all the way. The second thing was the fact that the cleaning staff was very loud and made no effort to keep it quiet for the guests that are still sleeping, slamming the doors over and over again.

Clean!!! Rooms nice, bed comfortable. A little ways down University Drive so if you looking to be closer to A&M campus this might not be the property for you. We would stay here again.

Location very good, convenient to TexAM campus without the congestion around the campus. Staff very friendly, excellent breakfast.
My only issue with Hilton is the onerous pet fee. This location was $50, other locations $75. This fee covers a stay up to three days. So staying one night you're still charged $50-75. I would have no issue with $20-25/night, but $75 is ridiculous and encourages us to avoid Hilton properties when possible. It seems they want to appear pet-friendly, but are really trying to discourage travelers with pets. Why not just be honest about it???

Had all the options appropriate: meeting area, excellent guest office arrangement, lighted parking and superb knowledgeable front desk staff.

Prior to my arrival, I received an email from the hotel indicating that the pool was closed for renovations. Turns out this was incorrect but their communication system hasn't been updated and almost led to us canceling the hotel because we booked because my son wanted to swim. As it turned out, the pool was unusable due to the temperature of the water. The hot tub was also unheated and unusable. Very poor value for the experience you will have staying at this hotel. They charge 10-20 dollars for the same breakfast you receive for free at other hotels.I was told I would be emailed the receipt from my stay and I haven't received anything. Would not stay again.

This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel, with very kind staff. The rooms were clean and well stocked. My only complaint is that they are pretty stingy with amenities such as breakfast and parking. I was not aware that they charge for parking on top of your booking until we checked in. Breakfast is available, but not complimentary. For these reasons I just can’t leave a higher rating and will most likely not stay here when we come to visit family again in the future. They charge you for parking but do not give you a parking pass or anything so technically anyone can park there for free… just not the guests.

Shouldn’t have to pay to park. They reserve the spots closest to the door for ev.
